"The Force is a mysterious thing..... I wonder what happens if I combine it with dark magic?"
Standing at 5'4, Voli sports long hair which falls past her shoulders with large bangs covering her eyes. Her hair was brown, but Voli dyed it silver with purple highlights, even though her mother fainted at the sight of her hair and her father yelled at her, Voli liked her hair this way. Matching her pale hair is Voli's pale skin having been an introvert most of her life preferring to meditate in her room or read more about dark side cults in the school library. Voli is never seen without wearing any form of black clothing, she feels comfortable in them and enjoys it whenever people get freaked by her appearance. It means she has more time to herself.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
"I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert."
Voli may be a quiet woman who keeps to herself, but she is filled to the brim with sarcasm whenever she talks and is obsessed with the occult and creepy and disturbing things. Due to her Force Sensitivity combined with her magic, Voli feels isolated and alone. The accidents she caused as a kid from force pushes to arrogant bullies to even force illusions that she created out of boredom did not help matters. Still despite Voli's withdrawn nature, she does care for people in her own way and just wants to use her powers for good even in a Galaxy that sees her as strange. Even though Voli is training to be a Jedi, she views the Dark Side as a curiosity and is drawn to it and may or may not learn a few tricks in secret.

HISTORY

Voli Cholrass never knew that her real mother was a Dathomirian Nighsister who killed her human lover when she found out that Voli was not Force Sensitive and blamed him for being weak. The Nightsister then left Voli in the desert of Denon to die, yet as fate would have it, Voli was found by two parents who were on vacation and their speeder broke down. They found Voli crying and half starving in the sands and decided to adopt her for themselves. Voli ended up living in Coruscant specifically in the highest level on the planet. Voli's Dad is the owner of one of the top Investment Firms in the Galaxy while her Mom worked as a lawyer. As such Voli was saddled with loneliness and strict expectations that she will follow in their footsteps.
Despite getting good grades, as a kid, Voli was seen as a "problematic child" she was often quiet and reserved playing by herself away from other children. This made her a target for bullies who would taunt and make fun of her for being "weird." Yet Voli would ignore them and focus on studying bugs, riding speeders, or read scary children's books. Her Force powers began to awaken at 6 years old, when the moment that a bully punched Voli in the face, she viciously retaliated with a massive Force Push, pushing the bully against the concrete wall and giving her a concussion and slight brain damage. Her parents using their funds and connections, managed to prevent Voli from being expelled but Voli was placed in therapy for about a year.
Voli ended up hating it, the therapist didn't understand what happened. No one did, the powers that manifested in her..... felt wrong. Voli grew frightened but curious about her abilities. She also became more withdrawn not wanting to hurt others with her powers. Voli heard about the legendary Jedi who destroyed the Brotherhood of the Maw in the Great Hyperspace War and wanted to go to the temple and see if she had their powers. But her parents forbade her: "It's just your imagination" they said. "You were just angry."
That remark made Voli isolate herself even more. They don't understand as well or maybe if they felt like if they ignored it, it would go away. But constant dreams about a mysterious woman and a bright light continued to plague Voli until she was 12, she woke up with a mysterious holcron in her hands. It made Voli curious and she began to research into the Force specifically the Dark Side of the Force and the occult. The Dark Side was scary but Voli reveled in it, it made feel excited it made sense to her. Fear and anger were extensions of the Force and with knowledge, Voli began to tap into the occult and read many stories about it.
She even began to write a Holoblog about urban legends, the Dark Side cultists, horror, stories, basically anything dark and gory she likes, she'll make a blog on it. It was a very popular blogging site which earned millions of views. Making Voli something of a Holonet celebrity. Growing frustrated with her parents, Voli decided to strike out on her own before finishing her last year of High School and went to the Jedi Temple. There was a power within her, more than just the Force, she needed to know who she truly was and if her calling was more than just following her parents footsteps. With her bag in hand and her holocron in her hands, Voli sets off to the Jedi Temple with a renewed purpose in life.
