KNOWN HISTORY:
Kidnapped as an infant by a Seyugi Dervish assassin who noticed his Force-sensitivity, Vokeo was trained in the art, never knowing about his heritage or that his master had killed his family. He does eventually find out, learning that his mother was from the Kage Iga clan, though it is still unknown who his father was, other than the fact that he was Echani. Vokeo isn't terribly moved by this revelation, being unable to express any emotion, but he still thinks he ought to give his deceased family some rest by putting down their killer. And so, Vokeo attacks his master in his sleep, leaving the man for dead. Journeying to Kage, he trained with some of the Kage Warriors there to learn a bit about his heritage and their martial arts.
