Canon Link: None

Primary Source: None

PRODUCTION INFO

Manufacturer: EEC

Affiliation: The Emergence Empire

Production: Minor

Material:

TECH SPECS

Classification: Anti-Blaster Exoskeleton Battle Armour

Weight: High

Resistances:

- Blasters: Very High
- Kinetic: High
- Lightsabers: Low
- Other:

EMP/ION - High

Elemental:
  • Heat - Low
  • Cold - High

Sonic - Average

SPECIAL FEATURES

Light-Up Sketchers - The Helmet's HUD features an external display that conveys orders and current movements. Troopers can use these shapes to discreetly notify each other of their imminent moves, though it is normally used to display what current order they are acting on.

Duraflex - Plastoid is the material of choice for the average Trooper. The Emergence has no interest in tradition however, and uses much more resistant and durable Duraflex

Neural Network - In todays Galaxy, Radiowaves are like a Protocol Droid using a tincan and string. Trooper Helmets are equipped with built-in wireless Neural Routers. These connect to every other Helmet in the same Legion and allow for immediate communication via thought alone

Vocoder - Deep and Artifical, the Vocoder in every helmet serves to scare and intimidate

Strengths:

Anti-Blaster - Using Duraflex instead of Plastoid, E. Shock Trooper Armour is much more Durable and Resistant than the average Infantry Armour, and more resistant to blaster fire than the S-Series Battle armour due to heavier use of Duraflex

Neural Network - Much like a Hive-Mind, every Helmet comes with an integrated wireless Neural Router. These are linked to the Helmet's respective Legion and allows for instant communication via thought

360/UV/IR - ET Helmets are equipped with different displays, such as Infra-red and Ultraviolet, allowing them to see through visual blockers and darkness. The back of the Helmet is also fitted with a Microcamera, providing an almost 360 view and feeding it to the HUD

CNT Flexifibres - Emergence Void Shocks are the heavy-lifters of a Legion. Normally running around lugging a VSHB, their armour has Electrically Stimulated Carbon Nanotube Flexifibres in the Arms and Back, allowing them to lift heavier objects easier

Weaknesses

Heavy - The use of Duraflex was increased drastically in the design of the H-Series Void Armour. Covered head to toe in armour, Void Shocks are slow

Species Specific - The armour is only really designed with Humanoid species in mind, excluding more exotic organisms

Temperature - Although the wiring inside is EMP/Ion Hardened, being Superconductive, it is vulnerable to intense heat. If exposed to an environment above 150 degrees celsius, Superconductivity will be lost, reducing the electronics to a Copper standard

Glass Head - A large portion of the head is given to thinned Transparisteel. Headshots will go right through

Description

The H-Series Shock Armour was designed for Void Shock Troopers. It features heavier use of Duraflex with design aspects covering some of the head, most of the legs and minimal weak-spots. This covers a Shock head to toe in flexible armour that is further enhanced by Artificial CNT Muscles that allow them to lift heavy objects and punch like a tank.

With all this armour comes a heavy suit that is difficult to maneuver and easy to shoot. The helmet is almost identical to the S-series and comes with the stark weakness of an easy headshoot through the glass.
