Voiceover Demo Help

I've been requested to make a character singing voiceover demo reel. Yikes! Scary stuff as I don't like singing where others can hear me, let alone recording it for people to hear me. Such a hurdle to go over to get more paid work! Eeek!

Anyhoooo....I'm thinking that for one of the songs, I can turn an innocent nursery rhyme into a creepy/doll/child possessed one. Ring around the Rosie has been done before. As was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

What can you all suggest for me?

A wise old owl? Can't say that I know of that one...

It went like this

"A wise old owl lived in an oak,
the more he saw, the less he spoke
the less he spoke, the more he heard,
now, wasn't he a wise old bird?"

It kind of made me think of the concept of someone that's a lone survivor stuck in a place filled with horror and dread, and the thing that made it that way, is still there. Idk, but I think you get what I'm saying. /shrug
