Leadership :
Even as a lieutenant of the Vosadii Kajidic, Vizzi have showed good capabilities in managing a team of associates. Ranging from his court composed of his Twi'lek advisor to his personal bodyguard.
He even lead troops at certain occasions. When to make a point is necessary.
Negotiation skill :when you talk business, Vizzi is your Hutt. Due to his stature and shrewd negtiation style, Vizzi always tend to get the deal done. Even with the most stubborn parties.
Connections : Due to his Kajidic and 500 years of criminal activities, have enabled Vizzi to meet a lot of people in the galaxy. Especially in the Hutt space. His actual Twi'lek advisor seems to think that the contacts of Vizzi reach many places of power in a galactic range. May that be true needs to be verified.
Natural advantages : armor and mind tricks : the skin of every Hutts is known to be so tough that even shots coming from blasters find it difficult to pierce through it. Due to his physic, this is true for Vizzi, as he is able to withstands multiple shots from blasters. He is also able to resists the mind tricks of force sensitive adversaries.
Intimidation : both a strenght and a Weakness, the stature of Vizzi, tend to generally give him a slight edge in negotiations. His intimidating stature help sometimes to resolve conflicts before happening. But this is an obstacle, when Vizzi wants to create trust or truly share his thoughts to his interlocutors.
Living target :The pretty obvious weakness is of course his height and weight. Even if these two parameters gave him a good strenght for making a point in statement. Unfortunately, it makes him a living target in the battlefield. Hard to miss someone like him.
More than that, this situation unable him to enter many places or vehicles.
Slow : His weight and Height doesn’t allow him to run. Otherwise due to the fact that this is due to a condition, he is able to walk at the same speed than most of the species. If he wants to be faster. He needs to rely on an hoversledge.
Combat prowess : Obviously, Vizzi is not the one that you are going to put in front of the ennemies. Except if you want a living shield. Which is understandable in a certains sense (Hutt haters, welcome !).
Nonetheless, don't think that Vizzi is defenseless, you would have a bad surprise...

Vizzi is remarkable due to his height, which is 3 meters and a half appriximately. And his lenght, whis is about 4 meters. Due to this and his weight, it's hard to miss the Vosadii Hutt.

Biography :
The Beginning :
Born in Kor Vosadii in 277 ABY, the life of the young Hutt who would be known as Vizzi the Hutt later, followed the footsteps of every other younglings of his species. Except for one thing. A condition afflicted him early in his life. He grew up too fast. At 81 years old, he was already the size of an adult Hutt. And it wouldn't stop with time.
At 200 years old he would be the size of a venerable Hutt. A size that is normally attained by 800 years old Hutts. Fortunately for him, this growth would stop around this age.
Despite this condition, the young Vizzi was an applied student of his parent Sanczo. A ruthless but honorable Hutt of the Vosadii Kajidic.
The mother told the young Vizzi that his condition was a blessing, despite the views of the other members of the Kajidic. She teached him to use that as a strenght in combat and negotiations.
Teaching him also how to resolve a conflict before it even happened.
Lessons that the Hutt followed his entire life.
The mother of Vizzi teached him the ways of the Hutts. The history of the people of Varl, and of course the art of trade and negotiation. And furthermore, she teached him the skill of recognising opportunities. The passion she had when she talked about the stories of the old Hutt Empire, affected the Hutt. That is how he develop at an early age an interest in history and especially the functionment and traditions of the old Hutt Empire and the creation of the Kajidics. It is from this age, that Vizzi showed one of his best skills. Curiosity.
The formation :
At 85 years old, he decided to find his purpose and to make a name for himself. This is why he departed from Hutt space, to explore the galaxy and meet new cultures. This trip lasted for about four decades. During this time he developed skills and contacts in the corporate and the underworld. Posing himself as a middleman, and establishing progressively his reputation. His Height giving him the ability to show that he is an adult hutt and not just a teenager. This situation permitted him to make some credits and fiannce his education.
For that part, he decided to be taught by some experts of his time. For example he learned how to invest in assets from a financial crook of Coruscant. He was trained by a CEO of the corporate sector on how to create front companies and run a business, in public and from the shadows. His curiosity never satiated, he learned science from the Chandrilan Academy of Sciences. He would even learn Smuggling from a Wookie who pretended to have done the run of Kessel in 9 parsecs. After that he was trained by a Pirate captain and a retired admiral in the art of military strategy and Discipline.
But being trained by the best, has a cost. And everytime, the cost would be the services of the young Hutt. One disappearance here, one thing stolen there. And most of the times, (and he preferred that), an information. For exemple, industrial espionage or an information on a rival. For that part, Vizzi would do his best. But when the intel was too complicated for him to obtain, he would ask the help of his Kajidic. This hurted his ego but he needed the training.
The Dark Ages :
In 426 ABY, decades of trainings and application later. Vizzi, now around 123 years old, came back in Hutt Space and decided to finally put in motion his plan pf creating a criminal empire. But the Gulag Virus kicked in the life of the young Hutt. Quickly, the virus changed the life of trillions of people. The Hutt Space was one of the first to close it's doors for interstellar travel. Seeing that, Vizzi realised the importance of these events. Some zealots said that it was the end of the galaxy. It wasn't.
But it was the end of the galaxy, as Vizzi knew it. During this time, he losed one of his uncles. Some of the experts he met earlier in his life, also died from the virus. An era of darkness fell upon him. But in every crisis, there is opportunities...
He continued to train himself for different skilss, and learned some marksmanship in the process.
The Gorensla Kajidic, known for his implications in many shadowports, losed many assets outside of Hutt Space, due to the virus. The other Kajidics would found themselves in big troubles too.
Taking advantage of that situation to establish his influence in some ports of Hutt Space. Helping people in exchange of services or credits. The Hutt would made masting contacts. Even with members of other Kajidics.
And it was during this dark age, that he finally discovered his purpose. It happened when he read for a thousand time a book from the old stories of the Hutt Empire. The glory of the Hutts, their dominance and their combat prowess proved that the people of Varl were great warrios, conquerors, and of course flexible business people. When reading that and viewing the actual state of the Hutts. He decided to found the Hutt that would unite the childrens of Varl. To found a new Mogul and to serve him, as his advisor. Whomever it may be. And from any Kajidic. The Hutts needed a new head, to rise in this new era of Darkness.
Vizzi knew that reestablishing the old Hutt Empire wasn't the good way. Some tried in the past. Toborro was a prime example of this. No. He was thinking of keeping the actual Kajidic system, but bring the establishment of a new mogul. Who would permit the Hutts to regain the worlds that were lost. This was his purpose. To find this pretender. He didn't care how many times it would take. The pretender could be not even born, but he would find it. The reasons for all his future actions.
And to prepare the arrival of such Hutt in power, he was going to establish a criminal empire. Or at least the foundations. At 222 years old, he did that.
Having limited financial resources, he decided to be patient and took his time.
With Gorensla fall, he decided to establish hideouts in some parts of the galaxy that were accessible and brought warehouses for smuggling purposes.
The operation of the warehouses worked a little, even with some being shutdown. He didn't care. Vizzi learned. What doesn't kill you, make you stronger. He learned How to recruit people. How to make them loyal. How to make them fear a repeated mistake. He learned how to make his point clear when someone was screwing him.
Because that's one of the advantages of the Hutts. They've got time on their hands.
You screw with Vizzi ? Be sure that he's going to take his revenge in the next weeks, the next months, the next years or even in the next decades or centuries.
During these years, Vizzi constructed little by little his influence. He stayed in the shadows. Waiting for the right time to emerge. He did his part in the Vosadii businesses. He did so well that he was earned a place as a top lieutnant of the Kajidic. But preferring to keep a low profile, Vizzi tended to handle matters in private. Conducting Business from « the Shadow of the Krayt ». His personal C-ROC cruiser.
Invasion and extinction :
In 864 ABY, Vizzi was shocked by the invasion of the Byrn'adûl. When he saw their arrival, he directly thought of the Yuuzhan Vong. An invasion told by the stories of his mother. But stories didn´t matched reality. And when he saw the destruction that this new threat brought in Hutt Space. He decided to take the arms. For the Hutt, for his culture, but also for him. The worlds that the Byrn'adûl targeted were also worlds where Vizzi operated businesses.
Even with a shrewd leadership, he wasn't able to do a big difference. He achieved some victories. But the destruction was done.
During their invasion, Vizzi lost a large part of his empire, and many contacts he had, died in the process. But the worst thing was to see the many Hutt cadavers. There were so many...
He saw the Hutts on the brinks of extinction. This was intolerable. More than ever, the Hutts needed a leader.
The opportunity :
And he found one, in the period 867-874. He followed the ascension of Gorba from the Bareesh Kajidic, which was in ruins.
From the Data he had collected, with the help of his Kajidic. He deduced that the young Hutt was creating some sort of alliance between the main syndicates. A thing ambitious. Even for a Hutt. A sign that was remarked by Vizzi. Maybe Gorba was the Hutt that he awaited. Or maybe not. He would see in due time...
Now was the time to emerge from the Shadows. None knew him, except some of the Hutt lords. But soon his name would bring fear in the right ears. But his plans need credits. And he’s got a good idea to show to the lords of the Hutt Space Consortium. Something that will bring more credits than the Ylesia operation of the Besadii. If things goes well....
If.
Ship : a modified C-ROC Gozanti-class light cruiser.
This ship, due to his appearance of simple freighter permits Vizzi to travel in the galaxy without attracting a lot of attention. The ship was in the hands of the Hutt for some centuries now. To house Vizzi, the cargo hold was modified to permit the Hutt to have apartments at his size. A sort of throne room, some would say. For defenses against pirates or undesirable guest, the cruiser is capable of showing some kind of firepower of its own.
Kills : no kills...for the moment.
Bounties collected : He is a Hutt Lord, he's got people for doing that type of jobs.
