Rapax had enough of this two versus one style fighting on [member="Gav Arwell"] and was about to move in on the flying amphistaff when he saw it get shot off course by [member="Kage"] and saw the armored assassin jump into the fray and chuckled. before turning his attention to [member="Mara D'Lessio Merrill"]. No doubt kage and gav can handle her the main issue was the thrower of that staff...had to be close bye, He used his natural traits to try and catch her scent as well as feel her out in the force for her...he may not be able to see her staff....but unless she too is dead in the force...he will find her.

Niyla staggered forward, the feeling of someone staring at her hitting her like a ton of bricks. She took in a deep breath, anticipating what may be her fatality, instead she turned around, eyeing the man. Taking her chance as she darted out of sight, her acrobatic skills landing her upon a small branch. She attempted to climb the tree, which wasn't hard as many branches sprouted from it's roots. Once in the thick tree line, she presumed his targeting systems could not lock onto.

She took in the situation, one man behind them, two in front, and a third, slightly dismantled in the far back. Niylas ship was close by, if she left now she would be leaving her staff, and this jedi. Which was not something she wanted to do.

Knowing this would reveal her location, she whistled in a unique pitch. Taking the risk anyways. She hoped the snake had heard and would return to her soon, without him she had no good protection, especially against lightsabers. While she waited she crawled across the tree line, hoping she wasn't seen. She tried to draw her rapier from her side, hoping it would come out silent...

It had been some time since she had it cleaned. Sadly however, the blade met the cold scabbard with a loud shriek as she drew it. She knew this would draw attention to her, though she knew not where she was, just that she was in the thick trees. Knowing that anyone with ears would know where she was, she tried to climb higher, and away from the fighting, however she had her blades and her reflexes, she could fight if she needed. As the dancer climbed she felt the presence of another in her, perhaps they were trying to find her using the force. Niyla had no real training in the force so it was all a guess to her.

[member="Kage"] (Thanks for the assist! )

Kage, with his gun leveled for [member="Niyla Ar'i"] , didn't hesitate for a moment. There was no targeting assistance from his helmet, just pure skill. Well, that and the serum coursing through his veins. As she jumped, his gun went off several times, each shot aimed for her. He had no Force, hell. He was Vong shaped. Dead to the Force. All he had was pure training as a clone commando. Should he miss though, given how fast his target was moving, he'd grimace at the whistle. It was painful to the ears, that's for sure.

"Sith girl, find her in the tree line. Flush her out, she wont get away." As he spoke he quickly reloaded the slug thrower pistol in his hand. High caliber, low bullet count. Though, with how fast he could reload it might as well have a bottomless clip. "Don't know how they got here without being noticed, but they wont be getting out. I got ships coming in pretty soon. Keep em on the ground till then."

Rapax snarled and held his hand up for [member="Gav Arwell"] to stay here "This new one is mine ....ill let you two handle the jedi here.." Was all he said before he leaped off in pursuit of [member="Niyla Ar'i"]'s scent. The whistle and the unsheathing of her blade was clues enough to her location but he still kept on her aura ...her presence leaping quickly from branch to branch while he hunted for her..this was how he kills how he hunts prey...leaving no sound to his foot steps except a small breeze where he once was but he knew where to go and how far he had to travel until he reaches the new scent

Mara switched from a choke to a quick shield, nothing major. Enough to stop the thrown daggers, though. Blocking large pieces of metal with a sabre was for amateurs; it was as likely as not to spray molten metal everywhere. Sabre-blocking a dagger literally only worked if the dagger was phrik, beskar, or alchemical -- hence the shield. She'd sacrificed her focus on the choke for the shield, though, so that had worked out in Arwell's favour.

Everyone suddenly did quite a lot of things. While they were doing all those things, Mara just skipped back into the crevice of the ruin directly behind her, out of sight. Shielded by the darkness and the close-set, rough stone surfaces, she leaped to the top of the chunk of ruin, staying out of sight. Immediately, she made a flat leap through the treetops, pouring on every bit of Force-enhanced speed and strength she could manage.

Because her ship was, and always had been, hidden just through those trees and draped in camo nets.

She slipped into the ready-to-run Bullet Time, the finest exfiltration ship in the 'verse, and got set to bail. She'd have to figure out how to pick up the Zeltron. From what she'd sensed, though, her new associate was higher up than most of these people. That might help. What mattered most, at this point, was getting off the ground before someone tried to board. They'd all been very busy, except Arwell, who'd been shaking off a choke. Still, it could happen.

As usual per his new employers requirements Break was not too far off, a much safer place mind you. But close enough to be there if called upon. He was having a few modifications done here and probably needed to pick up milk later. But the blue assassin wasnt having much fun until he heard chatter over his comm. Possibly ships close to his position but it seems they were in an uproar over something. Calmly he waited for his new master to call upon him even though he longed for action having no idea what was happening just a few miles away. Break started for his ship to arm himself if he was needed his blade, Plasma blaster and explosives fully loaded he readied his ship for takeoff.

At the Bullet Time's controls, Beyyr yowled a question that Mara could barely hear over the wind. The little ship was lifting off, just clearing the trees; Mara stood in the open hatch. Calling on the Force as strongly as she ever had, Mara homed in on [member="Niyla Ar'i"] through their shared Zeltron empathy, then grabbed her and pulled. Niyla was jerked up out of the trees and into the Bullet Tme as the hatch closed.

At that point, Beyyr engaged the shields and hit the Mandal Hypernautics emergency maneuvering thrusters. The Bullet Time went one mile straight up in a handful of seconds -- acceleration that would have broken bones if not for the vessel's multiple-redundant inertial dampeners. Its powerful engines roared, and the best exfiltration ship in the 'verse accelerated away from Tython, to vanish into the storms that wracked the system.

(Exeunt.)
