Braze had built the Oubliette Containment Cell to contain Sevrin Sevrin in particular…

Since Jonyna Si Jonyna Si and Beltor "Bell" Cyrus Beltor "Bell" Cyrus were visiting the Restored Temple of Dantooine, Braze wanted to make sure their prisoner was up to having a visitor or two.

Braze knew well enough that this particular person had once been taken in, however briefly, by the New Jedi Order after Drystan Creed Drystan Creed brought him back from a commandeered Sith starfighter shortly before the fall of Coruscant and the Galactic Alliance. Since Drystan Creed Drystan Creed seemed to have grown distant from Braze, he was uncertain what to make of the violent young man who had once been brought to the Order, only to be left displaced in Drystan’s absence.

He did not know much about where Sevrin had come from, or why, only that he possessed an odd array of Sith lightsabers and crystals in his collection.

0-7 0-7 and Eloise Dinn Eloise Dinn had assisted Braze in sourcing materials for the construction of a better containment cell for their uninvited guest, who had set fire to the fields of Dantooine outside.

Nevertheless, their prisoner still needed to eat.

Braze had brought him a tray of food to see if he was hungry this time. Sometimes he ate. Other times, he did not. Braze was still uncertain what to do with him, but he figured letting Jonyna and Beltor meet him was safe enough.

"You have a new chef today… you should be honored," Braze offered, setting the tray down with care. "Dr. Cyrus was kind enough to cook for you."

Feeding time in the Oubliette was not an easy matter of opening the door....

The outer locks cycled first decompressing, one after another, low and heavy somewhere beneath the floor. A narrow service drawer slid out from the wall outside the cell, just wide enough for a tray and nothing more. Braze set the food inside, then let the mechanism take it from him. A soft scan passed over the tray, checking for heat, weight, shape, and anything sharp enough to become a problem.

Only then did the inner hatch open. It simply presented the meal on a recessed shelf within Sevrin's reach, while the ray shielding hummed faintly.

Braze stood beyond the observation panel, hands folded loosely before him.

"You have a new chef today… you should be honored," Braze offered, setting the tray down with care. "Dr. Cyrus was kind enough to cook for you."

Sevrin watched carefully as the white-haired youth stood across from him, studying his expression. He had rather enjoyed being lowered from suspension, if only for the chance to stretch out his muscles again.

"How generous. A meal and the privilege of using my spine again. Truly, the Jedi are merciful beyond measure.... Do I get to thank the chef, or is gratitude considered a security risk?... And... Do all Jedi prisons come with room service, or did I earn the deluxe cell?"
