The Vision-class star yacht, designed by Lady Velori as her personal vessel for her advanced research and development work, is a luxury yacht created only to design technology. Almost completely unarmed and not designed for combat, the ship functions as a perfect hideaway for a woman who enjoys the company of the drawing board more than her fellow sentient being. It can hold fighters and small transport for passengers for when design meetings must be held in its small conference room, as well as a small extra cargo bay for supplies and limited cargo carrying. It is, however, extremely luxurious - equipped with rec rooms, spacious living quarters and even a spa.
The vast majority of the ship is given over to an extensive droid brain, lovingly named Nadia. This droid brain is designed for a single purpose: constant design output at the command of its owner. Taking up perhaps a third of the ship that would normally be given over to cargo and storage, this massive brain can handle millions of simultaneous processing threads. Its primary method of interaction is the large room designed with a huge interactive holoprojector for designing vessels. Coupled with Velori's considerable Force powers, the droid brain assists in design considerably for the most expedient and efficient technological design process requiring only one sentient doing the thinking. However, it does not control the ship, nor can it do anything beyond basic interaction and design.
