SPECIAL FEATURES
- Sith shield talisman - A magical device that absorbs all forms of energy based attacks, including the Force, and stores that energy as a power source.
- Talisman: The talisman embedded into the chestpiece of the armor protects its wearer from energy based attacks, including the Force. The talisman takes the energy from these attacks and uses them to empower Hircine's own abilities.
- Nighthunter: The hide used as the base material for the armor resists heat greatly. Nighthunter's hide is capable of deflecting blaster bolts and resisting lightsabers.
- Must Feed: Once a week, Hircine must receive an infusion of energy through the Talisman or else it will start feeding off of hers.
- Projectiles: The talisman and armor as a whole is meant to be a wall against energy-based attacks and the Force. Due to this, it provides little to no protection from physical based attacks such as vibroweaponry or slugthrowers.
- Overbearing: A large amount of energy at once can overpower the talisman, shattering it.
Hircine has grown accustomed to remaining in her favored human form for most of her life. She uses it to interact with others and carry on with her life. She never forgets that she can change her form at will, though, but as her current form is her favored one, she saw fit of protecting it. In her recent endeavors while within the Sith Empire, she has learned of a magical device known as a Sith shield talisman, an artifact capable of absorbing energy to be used as a power source for later.
Hircine made contact with people at AEI for the creation of the device. While that was being done, Hircine created a suit that would be capable of holding a device as she didn't want to bear the burden of wearing a necklace as was the norm for such a device. As a well educated person on many creatures throughout the galaxy, Hircine knew which creatures were resilient and powerful. One such creature, the Maalraas, was known for its hide which deflected blaster bolts and resisted lightsabers. Hircine, herself, killed several of the beasties and crafted a form-fitting suit of armor for herself, making sure to add in a socket for the talisman.
Once the armor was complete, AEI brought her the talisman for her use. She socketed the talisman into the chestpiece and put on her armor. With this new power, she has become a nigh unstoppable force.
