-As the head of House Rist, Velon is an expert at political manipulation, among other things. He is also trained a varierty of arms, and weapons, taking up her house's history as people that were excellent Assassins.
-As an Epicanthix, she is immune to all known mental force powers, including, but not limited to Force Illusion, Mind Trick, Force Horror, Drain Knowledge, etc.
-Expert on Military Strategy/Assassination: House Rist is known for its expertise in assassination, and Velon has made sure to continue House Rist’s lethal reputation. In terms of military strategy, learning military history, as well as studying the tactics of great admirals like Thrawn, Ackbar, Wedge Antilles, and Pillaeon has made him have a solid base in naval tactics; while he isn’t the best, that doesn’t mean he is incompetent either.
-Muscle Tone: He has a lean build for an Ephicanthix; nevertheless, he is able to content with those that are have more muscle than him, and be able to block their brute force attacks with incredible ease.
-Loyalty: Loyalty to her allies and Aldeeran can make him do things that will kill him.
APPEARANCE:
Velon is 5'7, and possesses a lean build. He weighs 158 pounds, and has blue hair, and blond eyes. He is typically seen wearing his noble uniform. Those that are his closest allies however know that Velon always has a weapon to protect him; from a particle beam blaster, to a Sil-50 sonic pistol, and a phrik knife.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born a few decades before multiple factions began attacking each other, Velon quickly began studying about Aldeeran’s history, as well as House Rist’s history. At that time, he was the future heir of House Rist, and he needed to establish a solid foundation in the history of the noble house in order to make sure that he would be an effective leader, and learn from the mistakes of his predecessors.
Soon, he enrolled in Aldeeran’s Armed Forces, choosing to serve as a ground combatant. Fortunately for him, he was allowed to be able to change, and become a naval pilot. He was able to rise through the ranks, until he was allowed to control a Frigate in battle. It was here in the armed forces that he witnessed (from his experience only) political manipulation, and corruption among the upper ranks. After a few years in the navy, he resigned his post, and returned back to House Rist, a hardened warrior.
The experience he had gained as a naval combatant allowed him to be able to become skilled using a starfighter, and more importantly, skilled in the usage of capital ships. When he returned, Velon found out that his brother had become a contender for the title of being the Heir of House Rist, and Velon quickly decided to move in, and establish a firm support base in House Rist.
From promises, to political manipulation, the once innocent Velon established a political base. The Ephicanthix was able to outpace his brother, and become the Heir of House Rist; his brother died of unknown circumstances a few days later(and there isn’t any evidence that Velon was involved in an attack/murder).
Now the unrivalled leader of House Rist, Velon seeks to protect Aldeeran, as well as support the leader(s) of Aldeeran, the Organa Clan.
