APPEARANCE:
Wounded severely at the annihilation of Panatha, Vega has undergone extensive cyber-reconstruction - his arms and legs are extremely reminiscent of that of a B1 battle droid, and are clumsy and tend to shake. Likewise, while Vega has little scarring, parts of his body seem false and plastic due to low-grade mass-produced synthflesh, with plenty of subdermal lines and wiring being visible just under the skin. Once handsome, Vega was an atypical Epicanthix with black hair and eyes, tan skin, and an athletic build owed to his species focus on fitness - and his own training as a soldier.
CLOTHING:
As a beggar and vagrant, Vega keeps light, and wears a synthmesh jacket with poncho, under which he wears a set of durafiber pants and shirt. Notably, Vega wears no shoes, as his metallic droid-like legs would simply ruin them. -
BACKSTORY:
A survivor of the annihilation of Panatha, Vega was one of the planetary defense force soldiers fighting alongside the evacuation teams during the conflict. Ultimately, the injuries he sustained at Panatha meant near total surgical reconstruction at medical facilities outside the Pacanth Reach. To this day his grief over the loss of his homeworld has prevented his return, and he sustains a meager existence as a beggar and vagrant on various worlds.

(+) Mental Bastion:
Epicanthix possess a powerful form of subconscious mental shielding (similar to Hutts and Toydarians, though far stronger), which makes them immune to force-assisted mental tricks, influence, domination, and mind reading.
(--) Cataclysmic Observer:
Vega witnessed firsthand the annihilation of Panatha, which has created a deep-seated withdrawal from those around him and a constant need to escape reality. Chronic depression, alcoholism, and substance abuse can and do override commonsense as Vega, frequently, just doesn't give a damn enough to care about anything or anyone.
Cyber-Reconstruction
(+) Cyborg:
Much of Vega's body was destroyed during the invasion of Panatha including his arms, legs, lungs, heart, liver, much of the skeletal and nervous system, and the eyes and ears on the left side of his face. Much of this has been reconstructed using surgical plasteel and synthflesh, or outright replaced using repli-implants.
(---) Limitation: While Vega's implants are functional, they're also cheap and mass-produced. Vega's arms and legs highly resemble that of a B1 battle droid, and have very little feeling in them. Likewise, Vega gets winded easily, gets dizzy frequently, and suffers from frequent and severe migraines. Ultimately, everything was done to keep Vega alive, but his quality of life and ability to thrive are near non-existent.
