[SIZE=9pt]This great lightsaber, or lightclub, was a point of controversy when Vattas first built it on two accounts. The first was the powercell which he used his Hutt connections to acquire, which some Jedi felt was unethical in a certain regard. The second was the red in his kyber crystal. The reason for the unique discoloration whereby an otherwise normal yellow kyber crystal has various ‘cracks’ of red throughout it, like lightning, is due to Vattas’s need for a particularly large kyber crystal which was difficult to find. When he found a large yellow crystal which fit his needs that was perfect except for its numerous cracks throughout its structure, he used the process of creating synthetic kyber crystals popular amongst the Sith to fill in the imperfections, leading to a more stable, yet unorthodox, crystal. When concerns over his methods were brought up, Vattas mostly ignored them, stating that his purchases were legitimate and his only crime was healing a broken crystal.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]When activated, this 0.6 meter lightclub emits a yellow plasma beam which stretches 3 meters long. Its beam is about 4 centimeters in width. It notably crackles with red electricity due to its hybridized crystal.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Heavy Weapon: Can melt and tear through 1 meter thick durasteel walls with ease and its greater weight makes each blow up to five times times heavier than an average lightsaber strike.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Red Lightning: While not lethal, those in very close proximity to this lightclub’s beam will likely be shocked by its red electric bursts which can be somewhat painful and distracting, though causes little to no damage.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Ultrachrome Hilt: Its hilt is resistant to energy-based damage, conducting it through its entire body instead of allowing it to concentrate on a single spot. Vattas found this was necessary if his weapon was to be such a large target.[/SIZE]
