Strengths:

• Long Journey- The ship was designed with the mission of the Silver Pathfinders in mind, and as such, it is capable of operating for long periods of time in space, without refueling nor resupply, for up to three years at maximum operating efficiency
• Deep Encryption- Features advanced communication systems, capable of long range delivery and receival of messages, as well as auto-coding them with a cypher unique to the ship.
• GPS[Galactic Positioning System]- The navigational systems are updated with data in real-time, allowing the ship to always be on the curve when concerning maps and routes. They feature a 'homing beacon', linked to the Temple on Kashyyyk, and in emergencies, is able to automatically trigger a return to it.
• Made to Order- The ship is capable of being modded at the request of the owner, showing the trademark Corellian adaptability that it's ships are known for.

Weaknesses:

• Not A Fighter- The ship is not designed for direct combat, and while featuring weapon systems, these act more as deterrents than ship-to-ship artillery. It possesses standard armor and shields for a ship of its design as well.
• Flying Brick- The Vanguard is designed to operate for long stretches in space, and as such, is optimized for it. Though possessing the ability to enter the atmosphere of a planet, it performs poorly in terms of maneuverability.

Description: The Vanguard-Class Light Freighter was designed to be a self-sufficient mobile base for Silver Jedi whose missions often took them to the farthest reaches of space, or left them with little in terms of support or backup. To those ends, the ship features both advanced navigation and communication systems, allowing the owner to contact the Order or support if needed or in emergencies. It possesses a standard MedBay and 4 Crew Quarter Modules, though any one of them can be switched out for different modular variant. It possesses a food synthesizer, as well as food stores that provide up to three years of consumables when filled to capacity. It is capable of docking up to two Interceptor-Class Starfighters at anytime, featuring a rotating-launch rack to be selected at will.

The ship is capable of supporting up to 10 people at maximum capacity, though it only requires 1 person in order to operate.

Please be aware that standard procedure for requesting a submission be moved from the Pre-Factory is to put in a request here. This is so that it doesn't get overlooked - I can't talk for John or Tom, but I personally receive upwards of twenty five notifications on a quiet day. You're lucky I got curious about what's in the Pre-Factory otherwise this would've sat there for a while.

As for the review of the vessel, its fairly solid and almost an easy pass. I personally think you might want to add second weakness to give the vessel more character and balancing, however.

You'll also need to address the following:

While I know you're drawing on a canonical source for this, unfortunately a vessel of this size cannot accommodate a squadron (or even a third of one) by the current Chaos ship rules. Below the spoiler is the minimum size and rating requirements to field a squadron.

I am willing to be a little more flexible on this due to the fact that it is only a small amount of vessels, but I would be more open to it being able to field two starfighters as opposed to four. You are, of course, welcome to re-size and approach this differently, however.
