- Metal Resistances: The Durasteel and Beskar components of the armour allowed it to be able to handle most forms of blaster fire, and kinetic Damage from multiple sources.
- Spaced Plating: Because the plating used for the armour was spaced out a bit, it allowed the wearer to sprint in it with almost the same speed as if they weren't wearing it.
- Modifiable: The armour can use its free spaces between plates to be locations for weapon holsters and even specialist equipment.
- Spaced Plating: Because of the increase of spacing between the plates, there is a slightly higher risk of being wounded. Even with the under armour suit present.
- Brittle Lightsaber Resistances: Because of the spacing of plates of Beskar, Lightsabers can still wound her through the armour, although it can still block most strikes with purposeful counters.
- Visible Coloration: Because of the coloration of the metals used to make the advances in its protection, it makes it almost impossible to be stealthy in, without the elements of Cover.
After being taken in by her new adoptive Father, a stable member of Clan Mortui, Vanessa went through intense training and was eventually able to be given a suit of armour. This suit of Mandalorian armour was a bit "Plain" for her taste. So, she decided to modify the armour entirely to fit her speedy and precise style of combat with both Blasters and Melee weapons. She worked on the helmet first, creating a large place for the visor to go and covering it with a cross shaped device of her own making. The object in question, was a form of Targeting Visor that pointed out incoming shots, enemies or even alerting her to any other form of incoming threat to her position. Working on the Plating across the armour, Vanessa had seen many move in the suits original state, but for someone like her with speed on her side, she saw it a slightly limiting. After thinking for a period of time, she decided to remove some plating where joints were being hindered and designed a sort of skin tight under suit to wear beneath the reinforced Durasteel and Beskar Plating. This would at least allow her to move almost 2 times as fast as the typical Mando, however with a slight increase in risk of injury from a too precise strike between plating.
As for her chosen weapons Vanessa decided to go for twin WESTAR-35 blaster pistols, a single Vibroblade stealthily sheathed on her left shin, her Custom Versatile Blaster Rifle which is mounted on her back, Wrist mounted blaster Gauntlets for quick acting situations, and lastly, a Vibroblade Sword (Design in top image) with a specially designed tip to penetrate thin armour or material and rip it open. It also worked as a way of catching her opponent's blades in the curves in order to halt further attacks. The guard, designed to cover her hand from two sides in a disk like shape, was made from a light alloy which was wrapped around a thin piece of Beskar. This allowed her to block lightsaber strikes and, incase her blade was broken or stuck, to use as a bludgeoning end with a simple punch forward. This resided on the back of her waist, being drawn by her right hand.
With all of this equipment, Vanessa became a deadly agent at long range and even close range.
