Rationale: Originally called the Neimoidian Crime Syndicate or NCS it operated in a similar manner to how it does know. Vanderhing came to own the "businesses" by manipulating a gang war between the Hutt Cartel and the NCS entirely to spite his old boss. When the war was nearing end and the NCS was near capitulation most of the old thugs of the NCS and even many Hutt Cartel thugs begged Vanderhing for a job leaving all the old bosses to the Cartel causing Vanderhing to own the NCD which he changed into the Vanderhing Crime Family.
