> APPEARANCE <
Young. Twi'lek. Padawan. Valoria's skin has a pale green tone, with white highlights, most specifically on her Lekku. Her eyes are a deep, emerald green, yet still carry that youthful spark.
You'll often find her dressed in either the traditional 'Jedi robes,' or wearing a murky-green hooded shawl with protective gear underneath. The latter outfit is for when she needs to blend in somewhere, become nothing but another face in the crowd.
> INVENTORY <
Two single bladed Lightsabers (One green, one blue) (WIP)

> STRENGTHS <
- Since the incident with her former master, she won't leave someone's side if they're in an unfortunate situation, even if the opportunity presents itself. Rather, she'll see it through to the end. This loyalty is partially driven by fear rooted in her past experiences.
- Compassion. She cares for people when others don't. It can be a double-bladed sword sometimes, but most of the time it's a skill/trait that's in her favour.
- She's reached a relatively intermediate level in most areas of the force. Specialises in lightsaber combat (Form V, Shien) and Force concealment.
- Her compassion makes her ideal for handling the civilian welfare side of things. Looking to become a Jedi Sentinal.
> WEAKNESSES <
- Due to the gap in her training, she's fallen slightly behind. She's not at the level she's expected to be at her point in her training.
- Relies too heavily on the force (Can barely hold her own in face-to-face combat without the force or her lightsabers.)
- Heavy ridden with guilt, which often affects her judgement of situations. She's almost blinded by her own guilt. It prevents her from taking initiative in situations where if she had, the outcome would have been a whole lot better.
- Bad judge in character.

>PERSONALITY<
Valoria considers herself a very just person. She always tries to do what's right, even if it turns out to not be quite as good as she originally thought (Which sadly, happens more often than not.) She's also kind of naive. It's not that she doesn't know stuff. She knows plenty enough to survive on her own. She just tries to help the wrong people. Lets her guard down at the wrong times.
>BELIEFS<
Due to the incident, she will likely never leave her master (if and when she finally gets a new one) in that style again. If there is to be a fight, she will stand with them no-matter what they tell her to do. This could be seen as either loyalty or a fear of repeating her past mistakes.
However, she's also come to learn that she should trust her higher ups, as they have more experience and often know what they're talking about. In hindsight, she can see that perhaps Maya told her to leave because otherwise they'd both end up dead. Although she does hold a small grudge against the Jedi council. Which is fair enough, considering they have kept her waiting for months. It doesn't change the level of respect she holds for them by any means. She just finds them irritating sometimes.
There is much of the galaxy that she has not seen. She is always eager to travel to a new planet and see it's terrain for herself.
-
Valoria was born and grew up on the planet of Ryloth. She spent the first few years of her life there in relative happiness. Her family was relatively well off. They always had food on the table and fresh clothes to wear every day. There was nothing to complain about.
When she was three, she was found and taken in by the New Jedi Order. They took her back to the temple and taught her everything a youngling such as herself would need to know. Her life carried on without drama - She made friends, stayed on top of her training, proving her worth over and over again. The years went by.
Finally, the day came when she was able to officially begin her Padawan training.
Fourteen years old, and ready to face the world, she was taken on by a Jedi Knight, Maya Posavki, to be her Padawan. Being the person she spent almost all her time with, she came to develop a strong connection with her Master. She cared for their wellbeing, their views, their opinions of her. As every Padawan does, she looked to Maya for guidance.
The next two years passed, once again, with little hardship on Valoria. There was more pressure on her to succeed in her assignments, real lives at stake and more urgent tasks. At times, things did get a little stressful. That was to be expected. But it didn't hold her back. She was dedicated to doing her best, proving her worth in every way she could.
It was only after those two years had come and gone that disaster first struck her life.
Valoria had been on a journey with her Master. It was only supposed to be a supply delivery to a group whose usual trade paths and roads had been cut off. Nothing more, nothing less. When they landed, however, they found that the situation was much worse than initially anticipated. The small group there had been overrun by the opposition. Valoria and Maya didn't go unnoticed for very long before they were under attack. They were completely overwhelmed.
Maya told Valoria to get herself out of the fight. She knew that it was an impossible situation. The best Maya could do was get Valoria out alive. Valoria refused at first, not wanting to leave her side, but eventually she gave in. Concealing herself from sight, she saw the rest of it play out.
To this day she still wonders if things could have played out differently if she'd helped rather than hiding as she'd been told.
Maya died that day. Valoria managed to get back to their vessel in one piece and navigate off the surface without crashing. She made her way back to the Jedi Temple on Tython, landing the ship with much less elegance than she should've (It went plummeting into the treetops).
When she was brought back to the temple, she explained what happened with haste. There was layer upon layer of emotion coming from her. Sadness. Annoyance. Guilt. Especially guilt. Enough emotion to cause the Jedi council to question if she should carry on with her training.
Since that incident, it has taken a lot of effort on her behalf to convince the council that she is still capable of learning the Jedi way. The guilt she felt (and still feels) is immeasurable. Her situation is yet to be addressed formerly, as the council have more important things to worry about than some Padawan who's stability is supposedly at risk. Instead, they simply put her training on a standstill. Valoria was planet bound, restricted to the Jedi temple. And it's been that way for the past six months.

>MENTORS<
Maya Posavki (NPC) (Deceased)
Former Jedi Master to Valoria. Maya took Valoria on as her Padawan whilst Valoria was still the crisp young age of fourteen. For a little over two years, she tutored and mentored Valoria. Most of Valoria's current knowledge is credited to her.
Maya died to allow Valoria a chance of escape. Valoria quite literally owes her life to Maya, something she won't be forgetting any time soon.
>FAMILY<
Luisa and Bryce Elryne (NPC's) (Parents)
Valoria's relation with them is very mutual. Most of her good memories of them are half-joined three-year-old memories from before anyone knew she was force sensitive. As it is, her parents are glad that she's got a future beyond their simple life, but they make little effort to reach out to her now. Her mother, Luisa, still cares about and loves her, but her father is less forthcoming. It didn't help that they'd only been around her properly for about one sixth of her life. She used to visit them occasionally, and there were never any hard feelings between them, but it was never particularly warm. Valoria now held a grudge against them after realising the real reason she had a sister. If she were to visit again, it would be entirely to see her sister.
Neither of them are force sensitive or have any known relation to the force. They have both spent their whole life on Ryloth, just living the simple, quiet life. They are perfectly content with their life and wouldn't want anything different.
Gisele Elryne (NPC) (Sister)
Thirteen years old, Valoria doesn't know her very well. In many ways, Gisele was almost a replacement for Valoria after she was taken off to the New Jedi Order. Obviously, her parents wanted her to join the Order, but at the same time, they still wanted to raise a child properly. As you can imagine, when Valoria realised this, she was not very happy about it. Even so, she doesn't hold it against her sister. They don't know each other well simply because Valoria doesn't get time to stay in contact enough. Not to mention her recent planet restriction has also blocked off her use of comms, so she couldn't contact them if she wanted to.
Non force sensitive
>FRIENDS/ACQUIANTANCES<
Kas Larsen (Friend)
After briefly meeting Kas at an organised padawan activity, Valoria visited him after hearing he had been placed in the medical bay. She was hesitant at first, but the two soon became steady friends. Anything she held against him soon faded into the distance. He seemed to bring a new light to her situation.
Ilaria Morvayne (Acquiantance)
Valoria isn't so certain about Ilaria yet. Ilaria approached her through a letter, not saying anything specific, simply offering deeper understanding. Even now, Valoria views Ilaria with caution. But she knows that Ilaria has much to show her and is trying to approach it with an open mindset.
