• Description: The company once belonged to his father and its headquarter was located on Panatha, while his father was in charge they primarily were involved with military equipment manufacturing- which they created armors and weapons etc. However, when his parents were killed the corporation was passed down to Vincent after he graduated from college, and holding somewhat of an resentment towards the first order Vincent moved things to Denon- mostly out of a personal like of the city. As the corporation Vincent decided to completely change the corporation to meet his desires and ambitions- basically he re-designed it in his image, with one of his first order of business being banning relations with the Sith Empire. Likewise, the company has taken a new found interest within droid operations and creating advance artificial intelligence programs- which is something Vincent took interest in during college. Either way the reason why Vincent has taken interest in the company is in order to fund his lavish life style and well his personal agenda, which is against the Sith Empire.
  
• Rational: The company has been in Vincent family for about five generations, with his great-great-great-great-great grandfather creating the company. It is currently unknown how his great x 5 grandfather created the company, with some rumors of their being political manipulations and whatnot- though this is currently unknown. However, by the time of his great great great grandfather, the family has made enough wealth that they didn't even need the company. Needless to say the company almost collapsed when Vincent's father died due to the fact that it didn't have the families influences, so when Vincent took over the company he managed to bring it from the ground up. Meaning that Vincent current rational is his family fortune, which he plans to increase through this company.
