The first evaluation tests showed this in both an outstanding way and in a way which showed a dangerous bloodlust, unseen by others evaluated by the Security Bureau and the Board of Classified Intelligence. Valentin appears to be most bloodthirsty, biased, and aggressive against non-force users, Mandalorians in particular. Against other force users, Valentin was evaluated to and demonstrated that he takes a more timid approach as he tries to watch his opponent more often. This is due to the fact of him believing that force-users are on “equal footing” with him, while non-force users are seen, at least in his eyes, as “they’re inferior and cruel animals, and they should be treated as such, especially those ‘honorable’ Mandalorians.” Though, he has shown a more tempered and tranquil existence with NFU’s among the First Order, though there are moments.
