- HUD-2.1 "Acumen" Helmet System: The Acumen System is a state of the art information delivery package designed by Jaegar Solutions for the purpose of enhancing the visual and audible acuity of the user, assisted by an advanced heads up display for terrain traversal, communications and various other combat purposed requirements.
- Vocal Inhibitor: A device designed to distort the natural voice of the wearer and give them a more mechanical signature in vocal expression.
- Rebreather: An oxygen regulation apparatus that allows the wearer to breathe in foreign environments, be it space or toxic worlds.
- Armor:
- Anti-Energy Displacement Faraday Cage: Absorbs and deters electrical discharges and energy interference due to the faraday cage which relies upon anti-ion and ceramic materials insulated within the Armor.
- Emergency Adrenaline Injection Protocol: In the event of being over-run, as a last resort Valen can trigger an adrenaline boost that will aid him temporarily to ignore pain and weakness, amplifying his strength and movement to fight to the very end.
- Biorestorative Underlay: An armor enhancement designed to amplify or "boost" the restoration of the natural body's healing process. While neglecting external medicines, the user's revitalization through rest & relaxation is significantly more so than the standard troopers recovery in downtimes of combat and active service.
- Vambraces:
- MV-18 "Force" Class Vambraces: Another product of Jaegar Solutions, these previously Mandalorian Vambraces have been reworked and improved upon to bring them up to the standard of the needs and skills of the Sith, equipped with its own portable computer, grappling hook, dart gun, wrist laser among several other handy components to have in a fight.
- Boots:
- B-11 "Greitis" Class Combat Boots: Despite their appearance, these boots are made for more than walking, as evident by the built-in repulsor jets, friction and magna-grips, a hidden blade for emergency use, and finally their own protective faraday cage to compliment the rest of Valen's personal battle attire.
- Jin'Jsina Darksteel: Jin'Jsina is a specially alchemized heavy-duty alloy made available for Valen by Jaegar Solutions. This material boasts the advantages of Sith Magic by providing a durable metal capable of resisting Lightside force users while also magnifying the Darkside users' own abilities in the Force. Furthermore, Jin'Jsina compliments Valen's taste for conflict as it provides a variety of resistances likely to be met within the battlefield.
- Biorestorative Underlay: Downtime for each soldier or elite warrior wearing this armor will undergo a significant boost in physical recovery and properties such as stamina rejuvenation and the natural healing process. External medicines do not aid this process at all and foreign bodies introduced to one's recovery can even result in hindering the effects of the Biorestorative Underlay.
- No Stealth Detection Capabilities: The information and communication package requires significant power to operate, utilizing a larger power supply within the armor than standard battle attires; replacing what could have been stealth detection capabilities. As such, the Acumen package cannot pick up the presence of life-forms operating under stealth cloaking fields.
- Heavy Armor: Due to the materials, enhancements and components added to the overall build, this battle armor is heavier than most standard full-bodied combat sets and thus will affect the users' momentum and weight.
- Force Dampening Technology: Strengthened Force abilities are susceptible to Force Dead or Impairing technology/lifeforms such as the Ysalamir for example.
- Points of Weakness: Protection of the neck, behind the knees and elbows is significantly weaker than the rest of the build for the sake of maneuverability.
Since his time of fighting on the numerous battlefields between the former Sith Empire, the New Imperial Order, the Galactic Alliance and the beginnings of the new Sith Order, Valen's need for stronger battle armor has grown increasingly vital to his succession and ascension, coming into power.
Having recently decided that his faith in the leadership of others has provided a consistent flaw in his own progression as a prospective Sith Lord, Valen committed himself to creating a much stronger and more versatile set of battle armor suited for his fighting style and general thrill of conflict, seeking to ready himself for whatever new challenges might be placed in his way.
Having recently associated himself with the Sith Eternal, Valen has gained a valuable contact within Jaegar Solutions, the company which has provided many of the battle-ready upgrades and components rendering his former Acolyte Apparel completely obsolete save for the tradition of the traditional sith appeal. With the completion of this new combat armor, it is far less likely that he will be requiring another any time soon; Lest he loses an arm or a leg.
