The Vacoset-class Star Courier is a chiss Ascendancy starship manufactured as a transport ship for those within the Ruling Families of the Chiss Ascendancy. A small corvette type ship, the Vacoset is armed lightly but it's defenses are what make it strong. Impervium armor plating in conjuction with advanced shielding systems make the Vacoset capable of withstanding heavy fire in order to protect it's passengers. The lack of strong weaponry and hangar space must be complemented by a starfighter escort. While the escort engages enemy forces, the Vacoset has the speed needed in order to secure a quick escape.
