STRENGTHS

• Business or Personal Matters?: A Garrote is a very personal weapon. One used typically for assassinations. A wire that is wrapped around the individuals throat and pulled tight to restrict the airway and choke the person to death. Utilizing a Phrik wire to be extremely durable, in the form of a Slicewire. With enough force, could easily slice into typical skin. However, to make sure that the person does suffer the fate of being sent to hell, A plasma fillament is applied to the wire. Due to so many armors having weak points at the neck, the plasma filament will be able to slice through armors or clothing that could potentially prohibit strangulation. OR, the fillament can be used so that if one were to attempt to yank at the wire, they would instead find not only their neck sliced into, but also with their fingers.

WEAKNESSES

• Minty Fresh Breath: A weapon this personal requires the user to be behind, or have the capability to wrap the wire around the person's neck. Meaning the individual needs to be well within arms reach. Also requires the use of two hands. Defensive measures can be done in very extreme cases, but typically the garrote is not a battle tool, or a weapon of war. Its a way to strangle an individual.

DESCRIPTION
Let me ask you, what is the difference between Choking and Strangulation? Choking is the process in which someone accidentally swallows food in the wrong pipe, or has something stuck in their throat. Strangulation is the act of someone, or something forcibly closing the air pathways to the lungs and therefore, the rest of the body. When someone wants another person dead, one of the tried and true ways to end their life, is by strangulation. Taking a wire, wrapping it around the throat of the individual, and pulling either end of the wire in opposing directions to create a sheer force upon the neck. Closing the air ways.
