STRENGTHS

DESCRIPTION

The unstable particle ionic disruptor was an accidental discovery in the era of the High Republic by a company known as Auraxis Advanced Technologies. At the time they were researching hyper-matter stabilization. When it was found that inducing destabilization on ionic plasma could produce an extremely potent reaction, the company shifted focus secretly. The weaponization of destabilized particle bolt disruptor beams. Still the name of the company remained the same for decades as they touted their breakthrough as 'mining equipment.' During a Blackwing variant outbreak on Mephout the mining equipment was utilized to terrifyingly glorious effect as a means to control the infected. After the event the company was bought and privatized by Kurayami Bloodborn and renamed to Auraxis Advanced Weaponry & Technology, and shifting focus to the tech that had saved so many lives on Mephout. Perfecting it, scaling it up, allowing it to be upgraded and customized as needed to make it usable by many and available in forms other than, 'drill.'

The tech that was born was refined over decades from the already surprisingly elegant drill tech to something truly beautiful. The level of refinement and sleekness allows the tech to take up less space than expected, meaning that there is room for inertial dampening tech to control recoil.
