Private Unplanned Maintenance

DEPOT 443
CENTARES

"Put on these uniforms and meet me by the side entrance."

The trio had arrived at Depot 443, a facility owned and operated by the TransParlemian Network Authority, or TPNA, as it was better known. Part of a broader association that governed the maintenance and standardization of the HoloNet and all the equipment involved in keeping it online.

At the heart of the network were the relay stations, which effectively act as communication hubs to process - and subsequently, control - the passage of information. This meant they were highly secured in every sense of the word. Local defenses, alarms, failsafes, and redundancies. Without proper access, tampering with one will simply shut it down, alert the authorities, and divert traffic to a secure satellite until the problem is resolved.

So, the plan then was quite simple. Steal TPNA credentials, one of their ships, and perform some unplanned maintenance.

Arris leaned against the wall beside the door, where Neriah and Vestra were supposed to meet her. Each was given a TPNA uniform and ID card, enough to get them past the first security check. Though once inside, their job got a lot harder. They needed to secure actual credentials and steal one of their ships without ever getting caught.

From there, the rest was easy... in theory, anyway.

Okay Neriah. Remember. These people are innocent.
I know that.
Of course you know that. I'm You. Just the less insane version.
Shut up.

It had taken Neriah a short while to get through the first security check. Disguises weren't exactly something she was used to having to deal with. It beat having to deal with working with the rest of the Acolytes however. Letting her get away from the voices and away from the Academy. Of course, that little voice that shared a place with her thoughts still spoke every now and then like earlier...but it was something she could deal with

Either way, she made he way towards where she was meant to be meeting Arris and Vestra, doing her best to walk as casually as she could. Hands in her pockets and doing her best to be as relaxed as possible. The worst thing that gave away people when they were trying to be undercover was being too paranoid! At least that's what Neriah thought. She was no expert spymaster.

Ah. There she is now. The Big Boss with the Bigger Guns.
I don't use guns. Of course she has the bigger ones.
Why do you take things so literal?
I don't know. Shouldn't you know, since you're me?
...Shut up.

With that totally not insane thought process going on within Neriah's head, she leaned up against the wall herself, opposite from Arris as the pair waited.
