Strengths:
- Heavily Armed - Tasked with Planetary and Static System Defence, Emergence UADP's are equipped with 6 Medium Turboplasma's and 1 Heavy Turboplasma Battery
- Spooky Lights - Oooo scary red (Null Strength)
- Detection - UADP's also serve as armed and scary early-warning systems, Dotted throughout the systems, they provide a map of any present forces.
- Can't See Em - Due to the expensive nature of equipping every UADP with an STDT, cloaked vessels can easily bypass them
- Fire Priority - UADP's are powered by a single AM Reactor, meaning all plasma ammo is drawn from the one reactor (Including the STA-H01 which in this case does not have its own). This means the UADP has to pick its targets. It will ONLY use the Heavy Battery against bigger targets and the Mediums ONLY when facing fighters and such. It cannot use both at the same time.
The UADP is a static Orbital Defence Platform used to defend Emergence Territory. Its targets are decided by identifying several conditions; Vessel Design, any visible Insignia's, identification number and whether or not it just started firing on friendly targets. This checklist is completed almost as soon as the vessel has come into sight.
If the target is indeed an enemy, the UADP's scary red lights turn on and it begins firing relentlessly. If it's targeting a group of Fighters, it will only use its 6 medium turboplasma cannons. If it's staring at a Star Destroyer, it will instead use its central Heavy Battery. Unfortunately it cannot use both as the demand on its reactor would be too much and it would extinguish the plasma inside, causing it to go into stasis while the reactor re-ignites.
