DESCRIPTION
United Seswenna mining is a medium sized contractor for mining operations, mineral and chemical refining and institutional research for chemical and mineral applications and exploitation. Their core business is to exploit and mine various minerals, metals and even gasses from viable locations within the Seswenna sector and to prospect planets for mining both within the region or within its vicinity. They do not directly trade or enact in commercial operations as they are mainly a contractor to the overseeing N&Z Umbrella Corporation, which through the United Seswenna Mining company manages to gain its considerable resources in terms of metals and minerals necessary for the overall production of their goods.

However, despite not being a commercial company, the United Seswenna Mining company can engage in trade agreements, prospectations and sample drilling with governments within the Confederacy of Independent Systems on its own through a representative, but any and all actions beyond the Confederacy's borders are handled by the representatives of the parent company.

The main focus within their mining operations is based on three key minerals: Doonium, Lommite and Carbonite, though they also are capable of extracting such things as Tibanna gass, electrum and other rarer or less known minerals. Their research is based mainly on their prospects, but can also include chemical research to the formation of alloys in the employ of their parent company.

RATIONALE
United Seswenna Mining is part of an organizational restructuring which had been long in the works at the N&Z Umbrella Corporation, which needed to seperate it's more primary industrial activities from its secondary and tertiary operations. it's because of this reason that United Seswenna Mining had been founded, to fully take over any and all mining operations of N&Z within and outside of the Seswenna sector, though using the sector within its name as to portray its humble beginnings. The idea is to rationalize all of the smaller companies within the region, so that under the wing of the United Seswenna Mining company, all mining is better regulated and the costs can be reduced and tarrifs can be removed due to cutting out the middle man in these operations.

With operations for mining starting within the Eriadu system under the guidance of N&Z chairman Credius Nargath and cooperation and oversight by N&Z boordmember Ben Craig , United Seswenna Mining is sure to see it's profits and accounts increase over time.
