DESCRIPTION
Universal Mining, or UniMine, is the oldest subsidiary of Hex Incorporated, founded out of necessity to procure resources for the parent company when buying from other companies became too expensive. By far the most important subsidiary, UniMine's job is to reach out to other planets and find resources needed for Hex Incorporated to survive and expand.
RATIONALE
When a growing Hex Incorporated struggled to procure resources to feed its new factories in the Core, a dangerous amount of money was thrown at a project to try and become independent from other companies. The gamble paid off, and Universal Mining was established. With an enormous fleet and little to no limitations on it, the company was tasked with surveying other planets and setting up operations to start mining whatever resources are necessary. Working in close proximity with both AgriCorp and the Hellion Mercenary Organisation, UniMine ensures safe and constant transportation and refinement on whatever its parent company or a client needs.
