  • DESCRIPTION
The Unov Manufacturing Collective is the united form of organized, worker owned manufactuorys and shipyards united under a single mass-collective overseen by the Federal Council of the Federation of Unov. This, in essence, amounts to it being a 'nationalized' industrial organization but is in fact ran and maintained by individual Labor Unions located on the planet of Unov. All assortments of business that can be classified as hard industry, or factory industry falls under the management of the planetary collective. A workers council maintains representation of the laborers therein and is given a seat/vote in the Federal Council bureaucratic system. The collective works for the profit of the Federation as a whole and not for individual gain, all co-operative business are united under its wing.

RATIONALE

Upon his election to represent his colonial district, Xero Wran has faithfully served the planetary in as many functions as he is able to do, keeping the interests of the people in mind. Prior to his election to become a councilor-bureaucrat, Xero was-and still is- the head of a modest co-operative business that manages and contracts out general laborers to a wide variety of projects, acting as manager, union leader and other specific roles that gave experience, but with a strong tie to the common laborer. Reflecting on this past, one that reflected the collectivist tastes of the council, when it came time for it to call a vote for a new Board of Administrators for the Unov Manufacturing Collective, the following election naturally turned in Xeros favor given his experience and values. Having been handed the position via a fair vote, Xero became one of several new leading members of the collectives Board of Administrators (An elected council of about 100 members in varying capacities, Xero acting as a junior member) his focus being Personnel & Project management of construction and basic goods.

A Tier 2 Company can only have three operations. Please reduce a number of operations.

He is one of many voting members of the collective as a sitting secretariat of labor from his planetary district on world and by right is on occasion, chosen to act as a liaison to off-worlders who wish to invest in the collective.
