Dual phase (Ability to switch between a longer and shorted blade at will, is the only other visible button on the saber and unless it is on won't do a thing)

Cross guard (Protects users hands while making some movements harder to perform. due to it being an "open" cross guard there is no way to cut into the hilt it'self from the sides that the cross guard exits the blade.)
Easy to hold grip
Can cut through everything faster than a normal lightsaber can.
Lock blade. (The saber stays on until it is turned off this allows it to be thrown if need be.)
Silenced blade (as part of the blades composition it is almost silent though it's hum is still present it is severely muffled.)
Longer than average hilt. (This feature allows for more crystals and changes to the blade than normal but also increases the weight by double the normal as well as makes it a little cumbersome to weild unless trained with it.)

The composition of the hilt's inside crystals due to it's long hilt the blade can keep 3 additional power crystals within them.
Power crystal 1 = Lignan crystal Due to this crystal being above the color crystal the blade emitted has a black core instead of the usual white.
Color crystal = Red crystal
Power crystal 2 = Lorrdian Gemstone
Power crystal 3= none as of yet

As it is constructed the hilt was made longer with three blade emitters that emit a small "guard" the length of 6 centimeters each on either side to protect the wearers hand from any stray blows from other lightsabers. The hilt was wrapped in black cloth that resembles synth-leather so that it is easier to grip the hilt. It is built however so that the Hilt's chassis of durasteel can be removed and the insides tweaked or changed, such as removing the ignition button or putting in other crystals.

Cell recognizer with shock fail-safe. (Only T'zanith can use the saber others get electrocuted)

This device is used to modify a lightsaber such that it will not function for anyone except certain people. A small sensor array and recognition chip are installed in the handle of the lightsaber, which reads the cell patterns of whoever is holding the weapon. If the cell patterns do not match that of designated "safe" users, the weapon's power cells shut down, and any failsafe devices are activated. Failsafe devices can range from electrocution to a loud warble to a quiet beacon which alerts the owner via comlink that the weapon is in the hands of an unauthoried bearer.

Well. If you wear gloves it won't work for you either. If you have someone else's blood on your hands, you are screwed. And besides some lightsaber crystals exist that will not function for anyone except the attuned user (others that only function for lightsiders).

Well, the Archives are where we move Submissions that are awaiting dev threads, extensive edits, or are left unedited for a significant degree of time.

If you want these submissions, if you want them to only be useable by the one character I will need to see at least a 10 Post Development thread, and adding to the description that the crystals are so attuned to the intended user that they do not function for others.

This also keeps the whole can it read your DNA through someone else's blood or gloves from occuring. Or you can simply remove that feature.
