- A Ship For The Common Man: Or really a ship for an industrialized military the Excursor is a utilitarian vessel, highly modifiable with a plethora of cargo and crew storage able to fit the needs of smugglers, bounty hunters and navies alike. Utilizing its base role of starfighter support in a military setting with a powerful panopoly of war whilst providing the many needs of the lone star wanderer.
- It Runs 100% Of The Time, 70% Of The Time: To compensate for the large internal stowage and living compartments many of the ship's advance systems have been mounted externally such as the on-board deflector shield generator and quad-laser control systems. Making the ship liable for constant maintenance and repairs. Luckily all the systems are simple enough the average spacer can cobble the pieces together even if every voyage starts with a significant emotional event sourced from a horrid noise from one of the ship's systems.
Aimed as a 'take-all-comers' product, the Excursor is a ship fit for a large swathe of the galaxy's denizens, fit for bounty hunters, smugglers and navies alike the star sloop provides a suite of advanced and quality of life systems for any spacer at the sticks. Though 'precise' Skakoan engineering carries a reasonable initial cost its typically paid over in spades with the maintenance which the ship will require over time - necessitating at the pilot and crew be competent spacers at best. Or - they're always welcome to purchase another.
