- The TX-U1 Personal Guard Droid is specifically made to interface with the HANS Artificial Intelligence System, and has the required droid brain to be a fully-functioning physical body of the AI system.
- The TX-U1 is both a protocol and combat droid, able to act as a servant/companion and bodyguard when the need arises.
- Physical Body, Smart Brain: The TX-U1 Personal Guard Droid serves as the physical body of the HANS Artifical Intelligence System, which means that it can allow the AI to perform tasks that are not accessible to mere programs.

Created with the ability to specifically interface with the HANS Artificial Intelligence System, an AI program that serves as personal assistant to Alban Roble, the droid both can be a refined protocol-type of droid that can accompany the businessman to black-tie events and the like, and also a combat droid that can protect Alban when necessary.
