OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: Twisted Sand Enforcer / Jawa Enforcer
  • Affiliation: Twisted Sand.
  • Classification: Infantry / Security
  • Description: The enforcers of Twisted Sand are almost entirely made up of jawas, native to the planet Tatooine. As the organization expands however, they may begin pulling jawas from other worlds such as Arvala-7, Nevarro, and Vanqor. The jawas of Twisted Sand are far less cowardly than most of their kind, and are all very proud of their heritage. Many members go about their business with a level of seriousness that seems to go against the carefree nature of other members of their species.
COMBAT INFORMATION:
  • Unit Size: Small (usually 4-12 in a group)
  • Unit Availability: Common
  • Unit Experience: Recruit
  • Equipment:
  • Combat Function: Twisted Sand Enforcers usually work together is small groups, rather than in large numbers. They greatly favor firefights in either urban or crowded settings, as these jawa enforcers will usually dive for cover before they begin shooting. Their strategies are usually limited to finding cover before they engage the enemy, or using ambush tactics. While they typically stand little chance of defeating foes alone, when acting in large numbers they can be quite the fearsome fighters. Additionally, the enforcers of Twisted Sand typically have very high levels of morale, as they believe they are fighting for the respect of their species.
  • Force Abilities (Force User Units Only): N/A
Strengths:
  • Pack Tactics. The jawa enforcers of Twisted Sand have incredibly good teamwork while fighting. They can speak jawaese to communicate in a way most can't understand, and their small size is fantastic for positioning behind cover or vantage points.

  • High Morale. Members of Twisted Sand fight not only for financial gain, but for something much greater, respect. They wish to be respected and feared by the people of the galaxy, and won't stop fighting until they achieve that goal.

Weaknesses:
  • Weak Lone Wolves. Enforcers of Twisted Sand are only dangerous in groups. Most soldiers are capable of defeating a Twisted Sand enforcer in single combat, and are usually not intimidated by a single armed jawa.

  • Physically Weak. As one would expect, Jawas are small creatures who possess little physical strength. They can be easily outfought in unarmed or melee combat by most average-sized humanoid races. One of many reasons they prefer fighting at range.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Twisted Sand's enforcers are the backbone of the organization's criminal activities. They were once common jawas from the Ruha, Moozu, and Beanwah clans who pledged loyalty to Vizjaw Tanakt, after he helped save their lives from a bounty hunter. He would go on to inspire the three clans worth of jawas with plans of grandeur for their people. The man sought to gain the galaxy's respect and fear, two things the jawas had never received from anyone before. Upon uniting these people, they would form the criminal syndicate Twisted Sand, and construct a Twisted Sandcrawler on Tatooine soon after.

The organization operates out of this massive vehicle, which frequently moves around and changes position on the surface of Tatooine. This makes Twisted Sand quite difficult to track down, or coordinate attacks against. Aboard this vessel, Vizjaw and a few other trusted warriors train and equip their enforcers. These enforcers mostly consist of jawas who willingly sign up to fight for glory and credits. They are always looking to expand their ranks, and take in any jawas willing to run jobs or fight for them.
