HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Directorate troopers, or just troopers was an independent military branch operating under the Imperial Army of the Directorate. The trooper Corps were best known for their unwavering loyalty to the Directorate. Directorate troopers not only acted as the Directorate soldiers, they also served as enforcers, reminding civilian populace of the Directorate's rule. Directorate troopers is the largest branch of the military. Proud of their academies, troopers are among the best of the best fighters. Those who are the best are selected to join the Executor troopers, elite troopers of the Directorate.
When the Directorate fell, many personnel joined the newly formed Zweihander Union. Now named the Union trooper corps, these troopers follow the same structure and function the same as they did previously, but under a new leadership and new ideals and values.
