Cybernetics: Tristan does indeed have various nerual cybernetic emplacements alowing him to do various things. When it comes to strategy his mind literaly thinks like a computer allowing him to be able to inflict massive damage to his enemy with almost no damage to his assets.
Adaptation: He can adapt to any situations due to his emplacemets. Wheter or not he is on a ship with superior firepower or alone on barren rock with a army surrounding him he will find a way to adapt to his situation
WEAKNESSES
One Eye: He is young, he is brave and he has one eye. He cannnot see everything that his adversary might.
Arrogant Admiral: Tristan js very Arrogant and it can be seen in his battle techniques

Tristan's cybernetic emplacements are not visible. However he is an Echani. That speaks for itself. He is missing an eye due to a brutal encounter with a lone Yuzoun Vong.
BIOGRAPHY:
Tristan Evore one of the youngest people in the galaxy to ever attain the rank of Grand Admiral due to his genuis and cybernetic emplacements.
Tristan was born to the Human Daniel Evore and an Echani mother. He was raised on Eshan and always yearned for the stars having been given certain cybernetics by his father in order to ensure his success in his early childhood. He then begun to use these as he enterned the New Republic Navy and led an exhibition into the unknown regions.
There he lead campaigns against brutal forces that the Fleet had encountered including a lost Yuzoun Vong Worldship upon which had taken control pf various species using them to rebuild thier broken society
He literaly drove his flagship down the enimes throat as he rammed the Worldship and sevred whatever nerual link the Vong had established forging a lifelong friendship with the enslaved species providing the New Republic with powerful allies
Upon returning to Cardia he discoverd what had happended to the New Republic and was anointed the Fleet Admiral of the NR Navy. He has his work cut out for him as he attemps to rebuild a broken and shattered society
