DESCRIPTION

Trilon, Inc. otherwise known as Trilon, Incorporated was small company established during the High Republic known for producing starship hulls and basic control systems. With most of their products being easily upgradeable and often constructed with some components made by larger companies such as Kuat Drive Yards.

Each of Trilon's products was constructed to meet the client's individual needs as unlike a larger company they could focus on delivering exactly what was requested without major incidents occurring. During the Galactic Civil War they publicly aligned with the Galactic Empire against the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

Although quickly supported the New Republic and its successor governments over the centuries in order to stay profitable. Entering 900 ABY during the waning days of the Second Great Hyperspace War with the Brotherhood of the Maw.

The Company would reorganize itself to better suit the growing needs of the galactic consumer and the remaining galactic superpowers such as the Galactic Alliance and the Sith Order. The company was purchased during this time by a prominent Givin Investor by the name of Oshogbo Sil.

RATIONALE

Trilon, Incorporated was founded during the High Republic. The company was majority owned and operated by the people inhabiting Mechis III during the Galactic Civil War, New Republic Era, and the Current Chaos Era until being purchased in 900 ABY by a prominent Givin Investor by the name of Oshogbo Sil.

[Ova Ziss]

Ova Ziss strolls straight into Trilon Corporation after his 50% acquisition of the entire company from the Trade Federation. The other 50% was merely pending approval from his stockbroker down in the Mechis System. He knew that when it came to the Trade Federation, that money talked, and he was willing to put almost his entire life's savings down, and that of the Ziss family too. Now, he owned half of the entire company, and he was the exclusive owner of the mining spaceshipfaring division. Ova wondered deviously if the Sith could simply be bought off, too.

This was a huge step for Trilon. WIth Ova Ziss's acquisition of the company, it would move to Dantooine and close to "prime space" where the majority of sentient, credit-using beings existed. Beings across the galaxy who relied on Trilon for mining operations complained at the absentee leadership over the last year. Now, they had someone they could appreciation - President Ziss. And the manufacturing plant had freshly opened.

This was more than a mere hostile takeover. It was an economic coup-de-gras.

"Over there will do nicely, gentlemen. Excellent."

Ova strolled into the warden's room. His office overlooked the main spaceship manufacturing facility.

"Same location - you can junk the old one."

The movers placed President Ziss's comfy Tier VII executive chair where Oshogbo Sil's chair used to be. They haul out the old executive chair, with the full intent of chucking it into a junker barge and taking it straight to the hell pit.

Ova took his seat and looked over his new empire. He slowly stroked the arms of his chair, and then looked out of the window at the new armada of mining barques that were arriving. Now, Ziss would do what his predecessors couldn't: he would mine the galaxy.
