People where already starting to fill into the courtroom. Aly herself was not there yet. The public defender that was assented to be Vee Toa’s Lawyer and Zirknot’s Lawyer was there. The prosecuting attorney was there to. Sitting towards the front was the courts clerk typing something out. As per tradition the judge and hurry was not in the room yet.
As for standard security space throughout the court room where Silver Rangers and Jedi. Most of the people that were sitting in the court room was in fact sitting in the back rows saved for people wishing to see the trial or just witnesses waiting for their turn to be questioned.

Toa was nervous, he hadn't been inside the SJO'S Court-Room for around 50 years, even then he had escaped with minor injuries.

Zriknot wasn't really scared of all the Jedi in which were in the room, He wasn't afraid of any Jedi. He had killed a jedi with his bare hands when the opponent had a lightsaber and was skilled in using it.
He had to wear a gas mask for the plain purpose of breathing in a lot of poison and gas mixed together.

Some whispers around the gathered people in the court room were talking how this did not look for [member="Vee Toa"]. This was his second time here and the first time he ran from a trial. That was contempt of court and was a felony in many systems.
There were charges set up of slavery, murder, extortion, trying to bribe officers of the law, destruction of public property, contempt of court, and the list went on. It did not help Vee and [member="She Zriknot"] were wanted men in twelve different systems!

Toa was sitting in a Power Chair waiting for the judge to make the opening statement.
Someone hollered Vee Toa in the audience, one side of the room people were booing. The other side of the room, people were applauding Vee and Zriknot's work.

People were thinking that Zriknot might get the firing squad sentence or the chair. Zriknot didn't really care, his body was slopped in his chair, waiting for a statement for there supposed "crimes"

Alyisa had finally walked into the court room. Surprise and bewilderment was upon her face as she looked at those gathered in audience. It looked like a circus. One side of the room booing [member="Vee Toa"] and [member="She Zriknot"] . The other side was cheering them on? The cheering was really confusing Aly. They did know they were being recorded right? All court rooms kept a video and audio log.
Alyisa sat quietly down the side of the room that was booing Vee. She was quietly thinking to herself. She was quietly wishing Vee would try to escape so she could shot him with her blaster, without the stun setting. Was it really a bad thing that the blond Corellian was trigger happy? Someone had to enforce the law with the tip of a blaster pistol, right?

Despite the antics of the defensive team the court had moved on their own schedule. Alyisa sighed as she waited for this just to start. Eventully…
“Please raise for the honorable Judge Sanders”, a cranky old human woman wearing a black robe started to come out. With her brown hiar pulled up into a bum and her glasses almost hanging off the bridge of her nose she scowled at those present in her courtroom.
The people in the courtroom did stand before she came out and now they sat down, after she had sat down.
“Alright”, the judge began to speak, “we will start with opening statements. The prosecuting attorney shall begin.”
It was the proper way of doing it. How could the defense make a defense if they did not know what they were being charged with? After the prosecutor got done the defensive lawyer could begin with a opening statement. After the opening statements the judge would open the floor for evidence and witness to be presented.
The prosecutor got up going over the long list of criminal activities by both the defendants. Not to mention the previous escape by Vee during the last trial. Because of the long list of illegal activities it took a good half an hour for the lawyer to go over what [member="Vee Toa"] and [member="She Zriknot"] was being charged with.

Toa had recognized the Judge, almost as if he had done business with the person before. He wasn't sure. His hands were hurting after getting the cyborganetic arms. His lawyer made the opening statement.
"Most of the people in this room that are Jedi have committed acts of war, I might have you to sue over there not being a trial. Toa has done stuff that is bad, but seriously War Crimes and no Justice Done about it! OUTRAGEOUS! I can name one of the war criminals, she is standing right there! [member="Alyisa Mithel"]"

The Prosecutor stood with disapproval on his face. “Objection your honor, The Jedi is not on trial here and nether is Commander Alyisa Mithel. I ask if the court strikes that from the record.”
The judge slid her glasses off from her nose and looked over to the defensive attorney. “Must I remind you that your client is on trial? Be careful of slander. Or shall I make my wording plainer for you. Be careful what you say. The Jedi are not on trial here. There are not being charged with a crime that is being discussed in this court today. You’ve just given Commander Mithel the opportunity to sue you for slander another day. If you have evidence to prove your clients innocence then show it. You may call the first witness or give evidence to the court. ”

"I know for a fact my client is innocent, I know it may look like he is a criminal, he was just trying to protect one of his friends!"

She flipped over some of the paper work she had in front of her. “So the Silver Jedi goes to arrest a known criminal who has broken the law on more than one occasion and has even escape once before in this very courtroom. They go to legally arrest Vee Tao and to also protect the people of Kashyyk. You say your client had legal right to defend his friend? That legal tern is called Obstruction of justice and a felony. The Jedi in question had every legal right to detain your friend and he made matter worse by resisting arrest. Do you have any real evidence to present to this court?”

The judge looked over the image of [member="She Zriknot"] looking over [member="Vee Toa"] . “This does not prove your client’s innocence. No matter how good the intention is it does not make it right. Intervening an officer of the law from doing their job is still Obstruction of justice. All this image proves is he taken in a orphan. I’m assuming he was an orphan and he was not a stolen child.”
The judge rolled her eyes at Vee’s lawyer, “Ok let’s see this evidence.”
The prosecutor was just sitting back smiling. These two defending attorneys were doing all the work for him. At this rate these two layers will continue to help rove their clients are guilty of all charges pending.
