  • Untas stands like a figure drawn from a fevered dream. Sharp features, gaunt, tall, long limbed and eerily motionless, as though the galaxy had forgotten to breathe him into life. His skin is a pallid gray, tightly drawn over sharp bones and sinew, giving the illusion of cosmetic design that was not quite finished. Deep-set, inky black eyes dominate his face—void-like, reflective, and unreadable.

His expression is permanent: unreadable, unflickering. No twitch, no smirk, no tell. The lines on his face run deep, not from age, but from countless surgeries to hide his original appearance. His thin lips rarely move, and when they do, they speak sparingly. His hair, or wig, is styled slicked back and unnervingly neat and without his wig Untas sports a bald head with small avian plumage. Often can be seen wearing formal attire with the precision of a scalpel—no flare, no color, only dark, tight tailoring that matches his demeanor and skinny physique.

    STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES

    Physiology & Reflexes

Nediji are a reclusive avianoid species evolved from windborne predators, and their ancestral biology gifts them with reflexes and speed so advanced that to most sentients, a Nediji's movement appears instantaneous. In a standard-gravity field, they can cross short distances faster than the average observer can blink. This isn't metaphor — it's literal. Even seasoned warriors report seeing a Nediji vanish from one spot and materialize in another within the same breath.

Their muscles fire with the economy of precision engineering. Every movement is a choice. A heartbeat's hesitation from an enemy means death; a moment's distraction is all the time a Nediji needs to bypass defenses, evade blaster fire, and strike. Their bodies are tall, wiry, and unnaturally lean — not frail, but built like vertical sinew stretched over bone, their strength honed for fluid motion rather than brute endurance. Long limbs enhance their striking range and balance, while their unnervingly elongated multi-jointed fingers end in natural claws — not ornamental, but fully functional. Their feet terminate in hooked talons, allowing them to perch or silently scale architecture with the same ease as cliff-faces.

Every inch of a Nediji is engineered for silent locomotion. Their digitigrade gait, hollow bones, and muscular structure create a frame that makes no sound unless intended. Their steps land softer than falling dust, and they can pass through a corridor of broken glass or creaking plasteel without making a whisper. However, such elegance comes at a cost. Those same hollow bones — evolved for flight and speed — are lightweight and though strong, compared to others they can be brittle.

    Vision

Even removed from their hunting ancestry, a Nediji's visual acuity remains unmatched. Their eyes are vast, inky pools of motionless black — capable of spotting a shifter lizard mid-camouflage from over one hundred meters. Like raptors, they possess telescopic precision and panoramic scanning, simultaneously focusing on fine detail and wide spatial awareness. Vertical and horizontal tracking comes as second nature, making them nightmare opponents in complex environments like ship corridors, jungle canopy, or vertical cityscapes where most predators see only one plane of motion. If their perception was not already a excellent, Their eyes are keen enough to see slightly past ultrviolet. Similar to hutts they can see darkly lit place clear as day.

In combat, this visual dominance becomes preternatural. Nediji watch everything — not just where a person is, but where they are about to be. They follow the micro-signals: the clench of a fist, a shoulder rotation, the narrowing of an eye. This means they don't react to violence — they preempt it. They move not after an opponent acts, but before the thought finishes forming.

Yet, their evolutionary edge is a double-edged sword. The same hypersensitivity that grants them dominance also renders them vulnerable to sensory interference. Flashbangs, strobing light, magnetic interference, or erratic visual input can overwhelm their optic nerves, momentarily blinding or disorienting them. In a storm of fire, chaos, and noise, the hunter can be reduced to prey — if only for moment.
