Shadow Lord
Treasure Maps, Trapdoors, and Terrible Deals
I've been building up a fun narrative for Braze and his would-be Padawan, with room for opposition, tense alliances, and trouble with the criminal underbelly of the galaxy.
Braze has been actively working to undermine criminal organizations, branching off from older stories where, as a Padawan, he managed to upset a bounty hunter and make himself a lingering problem. His Padawan,
I'd love to explore that tension through plots where Braze is trying to protect and guide his Padawan while the criminal world keeps dragging old business back into the light. I'm hoping to engage with characters from the less polished side of the galaxy: hunters, smugglers, syndicate ties, informants, pirates, corrupt officials, and anyone with reason to clash with, mislead, bargain with, or reluctantly work alongside a troublesome Jedi.
I'm open to rivalries, grudges, criminal politics, rescue jobs, bad deals, uneasy alliances, and stories where characters have their own codes, debts, loyalties, and lines they will or will not cross.
Debt Marker from a Crime Lord
Braze saves someone important to a syndicate, and now the crime lord insists they owe him a debt. Braze does not want the favor, but refusing it may cause more problems than accepting it.
The Stolen Holocron Job
A stolen Jedi or Sith Holocron appears at a black-market auction, and Braze has to decide whether to bid, bargain, steal, or sabotage the sale before someone dangerous gets their hands on it.
Captured Ally
Someone Braze knows gets taken by bounty hunters, forcing him to track them through the underworld before they vanish into someone else's hands.
Smuggler Betrayal
Braze hires a smuggler for passage, only to learn the smuggler was also paid to turn him in.
Bait Bounty
A bounty is posted on someone innocent purely to lure Braze into a trap.
Shadow Bounty: Intelligence Wanted: Sith, Slavers, and Corrupt Officials
Braze is seeking verifiable intelligence on Sith activity, slavers, corrupt officials, hidden facilities, prisoner sites, dangerous artifacts, criminal routes, and the quiet networks that help dangerous people move unseen. This could be honest information, a bad lead, a trade, blackmail, or just enough truth to drag him into deeper trouble.
Open to Other Ideas & General Vibe
I'm also very interested in pirate tales and underworld adventure, especially stories involving stolen cargo, hidden caches, desperate bargains, rival crews, and trouble aboard ships where nobody is quite as trustworthy as they claim. I'm open to other ideas where Braze might fit into your character's narrative, especially situations that go awry and force him to think fast, negotiate badly, slip a trap, make an uneasy deal, or find a way out of trouble he absolutely helped cause. The general vibe I'm aiming for is pulp adventure, relic-hunter trouble, and pirate-tale mischief: Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider, Uncharted, or The Mummy, but seen through the lens of Star Wars. Ancient ruins become forgotten temples, cursed tombs become Sith vaults, treasure maps become half-broken star charts, and every artifact Braze tries to keep out of the wrong hands has a good chance of making everything worse before it gets better.
