Public Trayus Academy (Open to visitors)

Deep in the ruins of Malachor V, the shadow is brewing once again. Deep within it, the darkness had been rebuilt. The once-destroyed Trayus Academy has been rebuilt.

Outside of it, the dead planet still lives. The thousand years that had passed had once again pushed it together, leaving it as a ruin of ancient times. To those who could dare come to the world hunting for the darkness that had been awakened once again, they would see the rebuilt corridors that now bear the words of the ancient Sith.

At the entrance that led to the core of the academy stood a monument to its past—bones of the dark lady of Sith that had once been thrown into the abyss of Malachor.

Inside, there was a rebuilt Trayus core, and the dark side was especially strong there. In its center stood a man covered in darkness, his face covered by his robes. This man was the new leader of this academy, the new Darth Trayus.

While thousands of years might have passed, the surface of Malachor is still toxic, and one still needs a device of sorts to ensure they can breathe air while walking on it to avoid being poisoned.

The entrance of the old academy remains in ruins, never being rebuilt to ensure it stays hidden from most of the galaxy. While the ruins are still on the outside, inside the academy has been rebuilt, and anyone who comes to it is welcome to discover its darkest secrets.

The corridors of the academy are empty in comparison to what they were once upon a time.

But the shadow remains. Some pieces still may display pieces of ruins, but they have been rebuilt in the last 20 years since the arrival of Darth Trayus to the academy.

Near the entrance to the core stands the statue created from the skeletal remains of the founder of the academy. Her skeletal eyes still judging anyone who comes through the door and is brave enough to wander deep into its core.

At the center of the academy stands The Trayus core. Fully rebuilt from its ruins four millennia ago. Its red crystals are shining through the middle once again.

The darkness is the strongest here, it feeds any seekers who wish to learn darkness hidden deep inside

Deep in the core of Trayus Academy, Darth Trayus sat in silent meditation. He had allowed his mind to wander through the force and feel the happenings around him.

And it was then that he felt it. A battle so far away from here, he could see the steel bend and break and fighters explode mid-flight while turbo lasers covered the skies. He immediately recognized the planet below him. It was Coruscant, his old home, when he was a Jedi.

He would feel the heat of exploding fuel lines as the Alliance starfighters marched through TIE formations. But it was more than just the machines and the soldiers around them that perished. He felt the death of the Jedi. Even though he was not there, he almost stood above their bodies as they took their final breaths.

He watched as a half-trained Padawan charged at her foe before her breath was stolen from her.

But a few moments after, he would reopen his eyes and look upon the Shadow of the Core. One of his followers would approach him before kneeling in front of him.

"Have you sensed it, my lord?" he would ask.

"I did...the galaxy bleeds yet again... thousands are dead due to dogmatic creeds...and more will continue to die," he said as he looked upon his follower. Before pulling a stick to himself and getting himself up from the central crystal.

Trayus inhaled, and with a slight gesture of his wrist, the crystals sank back into dark silence. Coruscant could burn or heal; it was irrelevant to him. Here, in the core of Malachor, the lost academy, he would reshape destiny itself.

A final, low murmur passed his lips before he left the center—an invocation, a promise...

"Let the galaxy break. From its shards, we will forge the new future."
