Intent: This tech is intend to be used as a temporary slow motion type weapon. It has no other purpose but to slow things down for a small amount of time.
Development Thread: No (The only reason i say this is because i don't know how to operate one exactly. However this is a very advanced type tech so if it is strongly felt there should be a creation thread just say so and i will try to do it. Might need help though.)

Material: The weapon is made of mostly leather body armor but the power source for batteries outer shell is made of Phrik, this protects it from being destroyed by lightsaber or blaster bolts. However the real material lies inside the shell. Within the outer shell lies components from a projected magnetic tractor beam also merged with a more concentrated Garfield from a Man Trap used for a immobilizing for a motion effect. Both of these properties are linked together creating a very sensitive device.
Description: This device is based on advanced quantum physics and immobilizing/slowing down a target of certain size for a very short amount of time. Normally a few seconds. By linking the two major pieces of both a Tractorbeam and a Mantrap. By creating a half piece of body armor able to contain the circuitry and wiring all leading to the battery shell in the back. The wires feed into that whole shell and to the power-source that is protected by the outer shell. Within the shell are is a Gravity-field generator that feeds into a tractor beam. Only the part that turns this into a beam is reconstructed to he a quick burst of anti-gravitational pulse out or a specific area. The battery-shell protect these and the wirings lead to a gauntlet that releases the pulse in a concentrated burst when the arm is aimed. This burst is designed to temporarily slow the target down. But the same laws of physics as well as the Tractor beam basics cannot be ignored. Things of high inertia would be hard to slow down. It can only slow down things within its capabilities. A giant boulder falling would slow down for about 2 seconds. A rocket would slow down for 2 seconds as well. But things like a human or anything within the max of a average size organic. 9ft or lower would slow down for about five seconds. Over all it causes a stasis that immobilizes an opponent. The power shell on the back acts as a battery for the pulse beam. Then full and in blue the battery and every pulse makes the bar go down. When at zero precent, it goes into a recharge mode. It takes ten minutes to recharge. If charged when the bar is only half or a quarter of the way down it might take 3-5 minutes to charge.
