Image Claim: Chinese Zodiac Monkey Talisman. Due to Pinterest's somewhat lacking non-member interface I cannot provide a direct link.
Intent: To Commemorate the Battle of Kashyyyk, and bring Rekali the Hutt deeper into witchhood.
Development Thread: To Commemorate The Mandalorian Crusade | MC vs GR.
Manufacturer: Rekali the Hutt
Model: Totem of the Unfamiliar
Affiliation: Clan Rekali
Modularity: None whatsoever.
Production:
Semi-Unique(One for each Witchmaster PC participant of the Battle of Kashyyyk)
Material: Tach Bone
Strengths:
+Summons a Tach
+Good trick for parties/children

Weaknesses:
-Might Kill Tach
-Does not compel Tach to listen to summoner
-Does not give Tach any odd strength or abilities
-Requires two-hourish attunement ritual
-Does not possess any supernatural durability. Can easily be broken.

Description:

An extrapolation of the Witchmaster Totem of the Unfamiliar the Totem of the Tach is Rekali the Hutt's first exploration into Witch crafting. Rather than give the user control over local creatures or bring a spirit of an animal to the user's location it actually summons a Tach to the user's location, even if said location is merely somewhere else on Kashyyyk. The Tach Totem requires the user to create a small force bond with the tach and the totem, created through a ritual involving the totem and the tach-to-be-summoned to be within five or so meters of the user throughout the ritual's duration(Capture recommended). Said ritual could occur in many different ways, but usually takes around two hours to complete. The process for summoning the tach is not foolproof, and each chance of summoning a tach has a small but noticeable chance of killing the creature. If the Tach bound to the totem is killed through any means the totem can be re-bonded to another Tach through another ritual which requires the same effort and time as the last.

Unlike the traditional Totem of the Familiar the Tach is not blessed with any magical strength, nor is it compelled to listen to the user of the totem. After a single summoning the artifact is rendered inert, and requires around one galactic standard day to recharge by gathering the Force around it. A force user can not supplement it's own strength to quicken the process, nor can it use the totem as a "battery" to give him/her/itself more power. Overall the Totem of the Tach is a novelty to remember an old battle with a bit of Kashyyyk flavor, and a way for Rekali the Hutt to explore the ways of his clan, but not a tool for combative use.

[member="Rekali the Hutt"] Neat reward item, Not sure how you will use the Tach
just one thing, would this not just work on Kashyyyk? or would one have to already have captured tach at their location?

Edits in bold. Also, in the interest of full disclosure, changed the distribution from "Clan Rekali(Semi-Unique)" to "Witchmasters(Semi Unique)" Which brings the total from around like, four PC's to somewhere around like, seven maybe.
