From his long years of education within the old Fel Empire, Toran has come to have a strong grasp in the military and political aspects of life. He studied under some of the best military officers of the old Fel dynasty, and served in court with Roan Fel, his Uncle. He had a promising career within the Empire before the Sith-Imperial War erupted. Due to his ensuing illness and containment to stasis, Toran has emerged weakened physically, not able to exert himself for long periods of time without becoming bed ridden. While he is recovering, he occasionally has lapses in judgement.
APPEARANCE:
Toran is tall and almost deathly thin and pale. He has dark brown hair he keeps just touching the top of his shoulders. He keeps his face clean shaven, though he will occasionally grow it out if he gets bored.
BIOGRAPHY:
Toran was born on Bastion, the ancient capital of the Fel Empire, to a minor relative of Roan Fel. Without any apparent connection to the force, Toran was raised to one day join the Imperial Military, to best serve the Empire. He served and learned under various different Fel Empire Admirals and Generals, watching as they went about the day to day affairs of preserving peace within the Empire. Just when he was about to join the Imperial Academy on Bastion himself, the Sith-Imperial War erupted across the Galaxy. As things began to go poorly for the Empire, Toran fell ill with the Gulag virus, and was sent to an experimental medical facility on Osseriton during the course of the war. He was treated, and left in a medical stasis pod to heal, however when the Emperor was killed, the knowledge of Toran's location was lost. The medical pod did its duty, tended to for centuries by the medical droids in the base long after its personal departed, the hidden room forgotten.
Recently, a small group of smugglers have stumbled across the medical facility, and accidentally opened his pod. Weak, but healed of the disease he suffered before, Toran was taken by the smugglers to their camp and nursed back to full health, though he still remains weak. The smugglers began filling in the history of the galaxy as best they could since Toran was frozen. Enraged and motivated, Toran has begun to lay the framework for a rebirth.
