BIO:
Tolmeh was brought into the Justiciars to learn at a fairly young age as both of his parents Alecor Thorn and Briall Thorn were both already Justiciars. He learnt weaponry and hand to hand combat from his father. While he learnt force abilities from his mother. Since he finished his training he has been a full fledged member of the Justiciars within House Draco.
