STRENGTHS
- | Speedloader | Tobi's left arm functions as a speedloader to his revolver, able to rapidly reload his weapon by placing the empty and extended cylinder against a slot that opens up on his forearm just below his elbow joint. The loader rotates the empty cylinder while rapidly loading stored munitions. This function is only compatible with swing-out cylinder revolvers.
- | Backup Weapon | In the event that Tobi is disarmed or unable to reload his weapon in time, Tobi's hand can convert itself into a literal hand cannon, capable of firing stored munitions. His index and middle finger function as the barrel to create a magnetic acceleration field, focusing the fired munitions like a Verpine shatter gun. Extremely effective at close range, but falls off incredibly quickly.
- | Twist of Fate | Due to the nature of how Tobi's arm is constructed, there's no way to guarantee the type of ammunition that he loads into his gun while reloading unless he is using exclusively only one specific type of round. So having several specialized munitions stored in his arm such as armor piercing, depleted, etc.
