"Heh. I'm sure it can't be that impressive. I...normally don't bother with social settings. I just stand off to the side and wait to be able to go home."

Phillip raised an eyebrow as Persephone said to remind her about a bottle of wine. It might keep his parents off his case. He wasn't entirely sure himself. Maybe they'd ask him where he got it from, and then he'd have to explain meeting Makai at the auction. Maybe he could just forget to remind Persephone about it...but at the same time, considering she had made the offer, it would be rude of him to ignore it.

"I appreciate that. You might end up becoming my parents' favourite person I've met from that."

If he thought about it, Phillip was lucky. He had parents. And they probably loved him. He wasn't too sure about it but it was better than some people. Maybe he was just being too...teenagey about it all.

"I appreciate that. You might end up becoming my parents' favourite person I've met from that."

"Oh that's perfect then."

Phillip Slate Phillip Slate probably thought she was insane. Yet she had a perfect reason for wanting to get on the good side of his parents. One Phillip couldn't see because perhaps he was just a little too law abiding. Which was great, Persephone could respect his need to follow the narrow line of rules. She herself had improved greatly in that regard. Had gotten smarter and wiser and knowing when to break them.

"I say this because what if we want to go to a party and stay out late? Or go somewhere alone? Its good to build this rapport now. Gotta start thinking a few steps ahead and if wine does this...all too easy."

"Oh. They wouldn't care about that. At least with me. They left me alone at that auction I met Makai at. I guess it's from being a middle child. As long as I'm not hurt, they don't care."

He had no issue himself with sneaking off. His parents didn't notice. At least he never thought they noticed. It was a habit of his, to sneak off at night to paint the moon. It was in a way his form of meditation. Though he shook his head as the lad finally pushed himself to up to his feet, brushing the dirt and mud off his clothes for a moment, glancing over towards Persephone with a small smile.

"I should probably start getting ready to head back over to Naboo. It was...nice to meet you Persephone."
