SPECIAL FEATURES

• The artifact was built for one specific purpose. To provide the wearer with a much closer and innate connection to the application of ONE force power. That of Shatterpoint. The ability is where one can sense "fault lines." or "Weaknesses" within the physical constructs of items, artifacts, and people. Others in the past have created items that could be used to focus this form of a shatterpoint so that they could more easily break these fault lines. However, this ring does not do that. Instead, its main primary focus is to provide the wearer the ability to more readily see fault lines of all spectrums of the world and the galaxy. An example of this, would be seeing a weakness in someone's emotional or mental state. And thus can shatter that state.
• Emotional Shattering: The act of shattering or breaking someone's emotional state, can be anything as damaging their emotional awareness, inflicting a specific emotion upon the indivudal in order to "shatter" themselves, or even to shatter the emotional spectrum so that a particular person cannot feel said emotion any more. This opens a huge door into manipulation of an individual so that one can directly target more than just a person's body.
• Mental Shattering: Breaking someone's mental state can be done many ways. Causing trauma, breaking their connection to a memory, or just causing their mind to mentally break. This can cause various side effects in the victims. Such as Multiple-Personality disorders, Psychotic breaks, or even a form of Lobotomy in which the individual is turned into a Vegetative state.
• Metaphysics: Breaking the very fabric of things, seeing fault lines in concepts of a person. Such as a person's faith and hope, and breaking it. Shattering a perceived thought of someone, and extending further to be much more.
• Fabrics and Dimensions: As such, if one can see all aspects of various things that can be shattered, one could see the fabric of the force, and the closeness to other dimensional aspects. One instance could be shattering an individuals connection to the force, or breaking the fabric between Realspace and the Netherworld. However, these will typically bring much more disastrous effects.

DESCRIPTION
Delsin Shaw has a unique connection to the force. Being borne much like a Sithspawn from his father Darren, and having Darren's poisonous blood within him, Delsin has a very close connection to his father than he had previously thought. Darren was able to sense and manipulate Shatterpoints with great ease and usage. Having practiced this ability for years before mastering it enough to then implement it by making a weapon that would allow him to break said Shatterpoints. This sword, Murasame, was inherited by Delsin after his father's death. Thus, having a connection to the weapon, and studying his father, learning of how the weapon was used and then applying it elsewhere.

As such, Delsin forged a ring. One that allows him a much closer and deeper connection to the aspect of the ability. Allowing him a sight of fault lines in nearly every aspect of what is can be defined as something. Able to sense faults in emotional, spiritual, and even within metaphysical and thoughts themselves. This ring extends the sight well beyond what others may find. And thus greatly increases the potental of the power to be far more useful for whatever he may want to use it for.

Manipulating someone to no longer have Faith in their religion? It can be broken. Ruin the hope of a soldier fighting for what is right? Shattered. Lobotomize someone so that they can no longer fight? Ruined.
