The Making of An Assassin
Tigris was born in 48 BBY on Atrisia. Her parents emigrated to Recopia shortly thereafter. Like other unfortunate children on that planet with a connection to the Force, Tigris was kidnapped as a youngling by the Seyugi Dervishes, a mysterious Dark Side Force coven of assassins. Raised and trained by the Seyugi, Tigris became a devoted member of the cult and a skilled assassin.
Shortly before the Clone Wars, the Jedi hunted the Seyugi to near extinction. The few surviving Seyugi returned to their homeworld where they froze themselves in carbonite. They remained hidden and guarded by their descendants, the Mallif monks.
Unleashed in An Unfamilar GalaxyNot long after their hibernation started, one of those frozen Dervishes, Tigris, was smuggled away and sold by a corrupt Mallif monk before the New Republic destroyed the Seyugi in their carbonite sleep. For centuries, Tigris' carbonite form was a prized ornament for crime lords and nefarious governors. Eventually, she came into the possession of a Hutt. A disgruntled servant eager to get revenge finally released Tigris from her hibernation. She killed her liberator and escaped.
Resourceful and determined, Tigris overcame severe hibernation sickness and a lack of knowledge of the modern galaxy to become a highly sought-after spy, sabatuer and assassin. But the galaxy was strange and lonely for the displaced Seyugi Dervish. She began to suffer night terrors about her violent past, and without any support system, became increasingly violent, cruel and hateful. Inside she was a dry husk of a person.
Exposed to Light
Then she encountered a Jedi named
Taam Moghul
. Tigris suffered defeat at his hand, but he spared her life. This wandering jedi was able to leverage Tigris' despair and turned her to the Light. He convinced her to follow the Jedi path. She was delivered for training as a padawan to the Jedi Order.

Tigris' stature slight with only subtle curves, but she possesses a lithe physique of strong sinews and whipcord muscle wrapped around solid bone. Her body is honed to move as quick and with as much sting as a lightwhip.
Her features are sharp and angular, with dark almond-shaped eyes framed in raven black hair Most of her bronze-skinned body is covered in intricate tattoos.
When wearing Jedi robes, Tigris prefers sleeveless and slitted robes that allow her limbs freedom of movement. Otherwise, are garments are light and sparse, ensuring her mobility. For special missions, she has a specially designed jet-black bodysuit. She always wears a bracelet around her right wrist, made for her by Everest Vale.

Seyugi Martial Art Form: This forgotten form of unarmed combat was said by survivors to be a "beautiful dance of death." This is how the Seyugi earned the name Dervishes. A Seyugi assassin could kill with nothing more than this lethal form of combat. Tigris is an expert in this practice.
Anatomical Strikes: The Seyugi studied the anatomy of a variety of species in order to be able to strike at major nerve clusters for greater debilitating damage in combat.
Stealth: Infiltration was the forte of the Seyugi, infiltrating a location with remarkable speed and stealth. Intense training and the use of the Force renders Tigris a mere shadow when employing this ancient art.
The Force: Tigris is highly skilled in the use of the Force for concealment, deception and physical enhancement, all learned as a Seyugi in their nefarious work. Those that drew upon the Dark Side have been abandoned. She is now learning new skills under Jedi tutelage.

STRENGTHS:
Physical Prowess: Through intense physical discipline and the Force, Tigris' body is kept in pique condition. She is agile, strong and acrobatic.
Mental Control: Patience, concealment of emotions, avoidance of random acts of violence and an aversion to chaos was a trademark of the Seyugi that Tigris continues to practice.
Dark Side Sensitive: Tigris' former connection to the Dark Side makes it easier for her to sense the Dark Side in persons or things.
WEAKNESSES:
Killer: Tigris' past has desensitized her to death. Whether witnessing it, or causing it, she has little emotional response to it, unless it is the death of someone close to her, or someone she admires. This makes her more likely to kill than some Jedi would prefer.
Melee-Oriented: While Tigris highly lethal in hand-to-hand fighting, she has only the most basic skill in ranged weapons like blasters.
