Description:
The TIE-ANVIL was the brainchild of Moff Ileris Sonn and developed shortly after the First Order obtained Bespin and as a result the Cloud City and Tibanna Gas Mines. Seeing the need for an atmospheric craft that was specially designed for combat outside of the theatre of space Ileris, who happened to own Sienar-Jaemus Fleet Systems took to the design table with Edgar Anvil, his chief designer and namesake of the project.

Original designs saw inspiration taken from the Cloud Cars of Bespin and featured similar systems like a duel cockpit and limited resistance to air-flows but with Ileris’ full entrance into the First Order as the current Moff of the sector he saw to it that the craft began to share more similarities to the current range of TIE-Fighters that had been designed for the Imperial First Order.

The Anvil took the name of the chief designer upon completion and was hailed as the first atmospheric assault fighter of the SJFS line. It was lightly armoured, lightly armed but purposefully so to allow easy manoeuvring within planetary atmospheres as well as allowing speeds of up to 1,500 mph even with wind resistance.

The Moff pushed the design forward to the leadership of the First Order and soon the TIE-ANVIL became a mainstay among the planets of the First Order, used as a policing and tool to subdue any rising populace within the Imperial Centre.

It also became the mainstay training fighter for the First Order navy, where it’s simplicity allowed new recruits time to train before moving onto the more established fighters like the TIE/FO.

This looks really good, and I like how you've included a backstory behind the design; it's something that I always like to see from a world-crafting viewpoint.

Armament: Rating 7 2 Laser Cannons

A small point, but I think that an armament rating of 7 is probably more than two laser cannons (Since an armament 8 has two laser cannons and two warhead launchers).

It's ultimately up to you, but I'd consider either upping the armament list a little bit (adding a warhead launcher, more laser cannons, ormaking them heavier laser cannons), or lowering the armament rating to 4 or 5 (and keeping the listing as 2 laser cannons).

If you do lower the armament rating, you can increase the squadron size to 18-24.
