  Leery of Imperial aggression, Tiberius and his paladins join the Alliance. He is sent to restore order on Byss, where the Alliance believes that a man who once fought alongside the Empire may prove better received than their prior governors.

  Born on Anaxes, Tiberius grew up amid a world focused on producing military minds. He served as a trooper in the war against the Sith Empire, fighting against their tyranny and oppression. While engaged in this war, he formed a corps of force sensitives who practiced the skills of the Gray Paladins, perceiving the Force as a tool more than anything else. He went on to serve as the leader of an auxiliary corps that fought alongside the Empire, eventually coming to command an entire star destroyer of auxiliaries. But after the Empire began their campaign against the Alliance, he could aid them no further. He took his paladins and went over to the Alliance.
