Standard deflector shielding is not considered heavy. If you are making modifications to it then there should be a chaos linked shield type for a new submission.

You have not added weaknesses pertaining to a stygium cloaking device.

Your production should be unique as this is a personal vessel... unless he is supposed to have a small fleet in which case stealth technology is capped at semi-unique.

Your weakness of empire and rebellion is not really a weakness. this will have to be changed to something relevant and actionable in terms of possible pvp fleeting encounters.

All and all, you are slowly coming along in terms of getting things done. Remember this is your sub, it is to enhance your character. You should want to try and tell a story and expand on it.
