• Appearance: Thume Xeor is a 1.89 meter tall Skakoan with powder blue skin. When not on his home planet of Skako, he wears a pressure suit made of gold fabric with a frame of silver equipped with a built-in translation module.

• Name: Thume Xeor, Chief Operating Officer of the Techno Union
• Loyalties: Techno Union
• Wealth: As the C.O.O. of the Techno Union, Xeor is payed a large salary and has acquired many shares of the company totaling to about a 3 percent stake.
• Notable Possessions: Xeor owns a large, modernly-furnished house on his home planet of Skako. He also has access to any and all Techno Union resources and infrastructure across the Galaxy, although he does not personally own it.

• Personality: Thume Xeor's personality is a toxic and paradoxical blend of arrogance in his own abilities and insecurity that others may be better than him. He micromanages his underlings (both organic and mechanical) and if he thinks any of them may surpass or usurp him, he will have them reassigned deep into the bowls of some Techno Union office hive. While he would never admit it, Xeor is not a happy man despite his success and wealth. He has focused so much of his energy upon personal advancement and protecting his position that he simply cannot stop and "smell the roses".

• Combat Function: Xeor fancies himself a capable general of the Techno Union Army, despite only having an amateur knowledge of strategy. In fact, the droids under his command secretly consider him an active detriment and wish he would just stay in the accounting office.

Strengths:

• Businessman: Xeor understands how markets work and how to exploit them for maximum profit, a skill which has allowed him to become C.O.O. of the Techno Union.
• Engineer: While it has been a while since Xeor has done much engineering personally, he still maintains knowledge and skill in the process, if not natural talent and skill.
• Scheming: Xeor is good at brainstorming and executing underhanded plans for his own advancement.

Weaknesses:

• Arrogant: Xeor’s confidence in his own abilities has been overinflated by past successes, including in areas he really has no business in such as military leadership.
• Petty: Thume Xeor just cannot let old grudges die even when they become detrimental to him.
• Envious: Xeor cannot help but compare himself to others and when he assesses someone as better than him, he will detest them.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Thume Xeor was born on Skako as the youngest child of an upper middle class family. He was smarter than his two older brothers (or at least believed he was), but as the youngest, the chance for recognition was working against him. Working hard at school to escape the shadows of his brothers did not work out for the young Thume, so he decided to work smarter instead and simply cheat on all his exams. Graduating as the unearned valedictorian of his secondary school, Thume entered university to study engineering with a head held high by ego.

At university, Thume met Dile Congor , whose relaxed, natural talent in his craft infuriated him immediately. Thume was determined to be the top of his class once again, but even his usual dirty tactics only made him about tied with where Dile was honestly. So instead of undermining the system, Thume decided to undermine Dile directly. By secretly tampering with one of Dile's projects, a mining laser droid, Thume managed to get him sentenced to banishment from Skako for deadly negligence when it went haywire during a demonstration and killed several onlookers. With Dile out of the way and nobody suspecting his sabotage , the path was cleared for Thume Xeor to graduate at the top of his class.

Shortly after graduation, Thume Xeor was recruited by the Techno Union, Skako's greatest corporation and a dream job for any Skakoan engineer. While starting in the engineering sector, Xeor managed to rise to management as Vice President of Engineering and eventually Chief Operating Officer.
